The UPS Store

I don't understand the complaints (and ratings) here about bad service. This is a busy store, and the "old asian" owner tries his best to accommodate everyone. I have seen (many times) the staff simply trying their best to speed things up while still being courteous. This is a UPS store, not a restaurant- it's more important to get things moving then chit chat about your day or provide the best customer experience- they are nice folks, but their attention is (rightly) focused on shipping stuff accurately. My favorite UPS location, in and out :)

Every time I've gone in there they've been very nice and got my business done quickly. The best UPS experience I've had.

This is a very clean, well-organized and professional store. I went to return several large Amazon returns including one that would ideally have had two people to move it. I borrowed their cart, and while I was loading it, Ryan came out to ask if I needed some help and then carried some of the boxes for me. He and his colleague quickly scanned the items for me and issued me a receipt and I was on my way minutes. Kudos to Ryan for his friendly, helpful and professional attitude which meant that this trip was an absolute pleasure. I will definitely use this UPS store in the future!

I live on Mercer island that UPS store is so awful that I drive here for all returns and the people who work here at great!! Super nice and super quick. Highly recommend if you want a good UPS store!

For many years - I have been a customer of this great store. CK and his staff have consistently delivered exceptional service - every time. It is a blessing to have such a reliable service provider.

Amazing service! The man who helped me (CK) was incredibly efficient and professional. He did such an awesome job juggling the different packages I needed sent out - including boxing up holiday gifts! To top it all off, he was also super kind. Would highly recommend coming here for your mail drop or package sending. THANK YOU, CK!

What is with all the one and two star reviews and complaints about the Korean guy? That's CJ, the owner, and he's a great guy! He's always pleasant and helpful and nice. This is a nice UPS Store, always helpful and I know they do their best.

Be nice to the Korean guy and he'll be nice to you. He's very friendly, and there's a great Korean BBQ place next door.

I've been coming here for a while and the owner and staff have always been super helpful. They provide many services besides UPS saving me a ton of time and effort. I've had passport photos taken, notarized documents, scanned, printed, and shipped everything from tax documents, perishable food, lithium ion batteries, even a snowboard. I generally don't write reviews but felt I had to after all the years of excellent service. Having worked in customer service for many years myself, I can empathize with that they go through. I've seen some pretty unpleasant ones stroll through here. Just the other day, a customer expected them to package their amazon return for free. Boxes, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts all cost money. It's a place of business that does it well, people need to stop treating these places like their personal servants.

First time visitor here. Had a few documents notarized today. Mr.Hong (if I remember correctly) was very helpful and extremely polite. We printed out some papers, made a few copies of our docs, mailed them to the Secretary of State and were out pretty quick. It was a great flawless experience so far.

I don't know why this store has been receiving bad reviews but I've been here about 5 times in the last few months. Each time I've been there I've not had to spend more than a minute; have received quick service from courteous and soft spoken people.

Love these guys. They have handled my mail for 13 years. Complex situation, because I've run multiple businesses in multiple states. Lots of stuff to keep track of. So all bills come to this location, and it's mailed to my Seattle office. It would theoretically be more practical for me to use a UPS store closer to my office. However, I had bad experiences with a store in Phoenix (it has now changed hands) so I treasure their efficiency and excellent service price. These folks are very reliable. Highly recommended.

Extremely convenient and efficient experience for package drop off

I have been to this store 3 times. Every time I have observed that the person at the counter pays attention to the customers at the counter than those on the phone calls. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

I came in today with a large complicated order, multiple addresses, packages, etc. They were courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and this was the fastest I've ever been in and out of a UPS Store when shipping to Canada. Fantastic. Will definitely be shipping out of this location as long as I'm working in the area.

I usually come here to drop off online returns, and I've had a pleasant experience every time. Usually do not need to wait long and as long as you do your due diligence ahead of time (print out labels, have boxes packed, etc) it is a quick in and out.

I’m very inexperienced with shipping packages and they were very patient and friendly with me while I was making a fool of myself.

I visited center today for notary work needed for renewing passport. Store specialist is very knowledgeable and helped me a lot starting from notarising documents to shipment services.
