Starbucks

This was a really nice and clean Starbucks and the place itself has a nice ambiance and great lighting. I came early in the morning and there was a very long line for the drive-thru so I ordered inside. There was about a 15 minute wait but the drinks were good.

Very friendly and joyful staff. The service was real quick and accurate. The chairs are very very comfortable. I have been to a lot of Starbucks and this one is top notch. The layout is great and there is plenty of relaxing rest areas and available work spaces. The location is conveniently located right off the main road on Laurens road. The WiFi was very fast.

I go to this location from time to time as they’re the closest to my workplace. My online orders are always made swiftly and they seem to work very efficiently under pressure seeing as the store on early weekdays is always packed but the employees always seem calm and collected. This morning i was trying to waste time before I could switch my laundry over (laundromat problems) and I decided to get some hot chocolate. Apparently the star amount for drinks had recently gone up from 150 to 200 and I didn’t know this but I was counting on my stars to pay for my drink as I am a broke preschool teacher. Embarrassingly for me, I only had 177 stars and I did not have $10 to reload onto my account to pay for the rest of the drink. I was about to just leave and I felt like crying of embarrassment when someone else interrupted and gave me the drink even with my remaining balance of $2 and some change. I just wanted to say I really truly appreciated that and they didn’t have to do it. I hope that comes back to those people 10 fold and next time I get paid I will be coming back with a tip for the employees!

Great and delicious! Would recommend for quick access to hot drinks and coffee. The breakfast sandwiches are also good.

The lines aren't too long on some days, but it's Starbucks. Everyone wants to go there.

This is a great Starbucks. I can't believe they aren't busier. Service was great. My coffee (Blond vanilla latte x hot) was perfect. BIG store, lots of seating, music quietly playing in background, great patrons. I'm from out of town and and will be back before I leave. This would be great for book club or other groups as there is a large table to one side of store.

I am not a sweet or bitter coffee drinker, but somewhere in between the wonderful staff here had no issues with my not so popular drink option I was very impressed that they were able to help me make exactly what I wanted

Morning coffee to go has always been awesome here never a bad experience the only thing is the car line for drive thru in the mornings can get a little bit long but that’s to be expected giving the service otherwise the line wouldn’t exist

I know everyone is obsessed with Starbucks. Don't get me wrong I love some of their drinks. But I'm the type of person that goes to smaller mom and pop coffee shops. So for what the store is it's great. I will say I'm absolutely in love with her apple crisp oatmeal macchiato

This is my all time favorite Starbucks in Greenville—- and one of the absolute best of any I’ve ever been to!
The atmosphere is relaxing, clean, and cozy and perfect for studying or chatting with friends. I really appreciate that the music is never playing too loudly!
I usually place my morning coffee order on my Starbucks app when I’m leaving my house for work. I stop by the store, go inside and my order is ready and waiting for me, and the baristas will always smile and wave when I come inside. I just want to give a shout out for this location— and keep up the good work!! 😌👍🏻😌

Love this location for working remotely! Lots of open space, plenty of tables and chairs inside & outside, friendly staff, and of course delicious coffee concoctions! I love all of the natural light from the floor to ceiling windows too! It’s really one of the best Starbucks in Greenville!

The Lauren's Rd location has great natural lighting. A good atmosphere to do work. I do miss the access to the side bar, however, glad that there is no access as a means of demonstrating social distancing. Which means this location is mindful for consumers and staff alike.

This is the best Starbucks in Greenville! The staff are top notch and remember you here. They are always busy, but always professional and on the ball. Lots of great seating options and steady flow of visitors make this an energizing place to work or catch up with a friend. Highly recommend stopping here!

Nice store, lots of space, great variety of seating options, and bigger than most Starbucks locations. I had no issues with the quality or speed of service. Great place for working, although the WiFi is a bit slow. Very clean - not to mention brand new.

My favorite Starbucks. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is inviting. My regular barista, Bella, is so friendly and remembers my name and order everytime I go.

This is my wife's go to spot, but I occasionally get something for myself. She enjoys the refreshers and the danishes that they have. Pretty sure everyone has an inkling about this place.
