O'Reilly Auto Parts

I placed an online order for a part that no other closer auto parts stores had in stock. The email back to me stated it would be ready in 1 hour. So I showed up at the store 1 1/2 hours later to pick up my order. Even though they still hadn’t pulled my order, the sales guy was real cordial and got the part. Jus glad it wasn’t a large order that I would have had to wait for.
The store was clean, well stocked and looked organized. The only negative thing about this location is trying to get back out of the parking lot onto Lauren’s Rd.
Three vehicles, including mine, had to sit in the parking lot and wait for the traffic signal to finally stop the traffic. It allowed the traffic on the opposite side to turn onto Lauren’s Rd, but we never got a green light to proceed out of the parking lot.
We just had to pull out hoping for the best. It was very confusing and dangerous.
Other than trying to get out of the parking lot, this auto parts store was good.

Our car battery died without warning while we were on vacation in the Carolonas. A wonderful good Samaritan, Steve, jumped our old battery and we called O'Reilly. They had what we needed in stock, installed a new battery and recycled our old one. So grateful they were there for us!

They are awesome and very helpful. I appreciate that they don’t try to sell me the most expensive thing but what will work great on my vehicle. The gentlemen also take the time to walk me through how to install the parts so I can learn more.

This location has very knowledgeable employees and after going to the woodruff road location and they didn’t have my mass airflow switch in stock they were nice to reserve the switch for me,both locations had very knowledgeable and very courteous employees.I will definitely be back to O’Reilly’s

Went in to buy a spark plug cause I had a misfire in one of my cylinders, and rather than just grabbing what I asked for, he talked me through my problem and said it was more than likely a bad coil pack. So I went that route instead and it was in fact the issue. Saved me time and hassle. I appreciate that he went the extra mile when he didn’t need to, instead of just being a cashier. Thanks for the help!

Very helpful , Kind and personal

Had a broken brake caliper guide bolt and searched everywhere for one but part number was wrong in computer. Joe went above and beyond to get me the correct part. Thank you Joe for the outstanding service there isn't many people who would have done that.

The gentleman that helped me was extremely helpful and polite. Came in frantic because I needed a new water pump and timing belt and I was not happy about it, but he was so friendly and had a soothing smile and by the time I left I felt relaxed and confident about my car repairs

I wish I would have gotten the name of the lady who helped me. I stopped in today to get fuses for my '15 forester. The lady working helped me select the correct fuses while my four year old daughter was running wild through the store. She went above and beyond to make sure that I got the correct fuses and she was extremely kind to my rambunctious daughter. This is the best customer service I have received at any auto part store!

Employees are very helpful and when u ask them about your vehicle they know just what u need to get it fixed. It is a wonderful place to shop if they don't have it in stock they will order it for you and it's no cost for you to have them shipped to their store.

Friendly staff. I've been here a couple times and really don't know much about cars but they will code read your car if a light shows up on your dash, you just have to ask.

They tried to find my part, but it wasn't available at any other place either. They found me a suitable alternate part, and we fixed the problem with it
