I just had the best experience this evening that I've ever had at any auto store. The lady working was extremely transparent with pricing and product and so friendly even with me coming in 30 min before closing. The store had the head lights in stock for my car that I needed and she helped me get them installed right there on the spot. It was an effortless experience for me and exceeded all my expectations. I will recommend everyone I know to come to this store.

10/10 would recommend! Tiffany is extremely knowledgeable. She asked relevant questions BEFORE making an appropriate recommendation and explained the “why” to me when I asked for clarification. Jatavis was kind and efficient at the register, great team!

John Moore displayed outstanding customer service care to my mom. He was very knowledgeable about the products within the store and his knowledge assisted us with getting exactly what we needed for my mom’s car issue. John is awesome!! Kudos to John!

I came here on Valentine’s Day. I bought a car with some many issues one being a bad battery. I forgot his name but he was Hispanic and the time was 4:30pm. He was so sweet and so were the other staff. I was having a bad luck that whole day. But the cashier he changed my battery and told me everything was going to be okay. This day I wanted to cry cause I felt like my world was falling apart. So thank you guys, tiniest things changed my mood for the day

I recently has a issue that required a stop at AutoZone on Laurens Road, Greenville, SC (Store# 1008). I not only fixed my car right in the parking lot of the store, but locked my keys in the car. Thanks to Tiffany, she reminded me that I could use my insurance to get the doors unlocked rather than call a locksmith. I can not say enough about the help and professional knowledge I received from Tiffany V. at this store. I want to let the powers that be at AutoZone know what a valuable employee you have at this store. Thank you.

Tiffany is absolutely wonderful. She assisted me without me asking. She taught me how to remove and replace my rear bulb. Service was to tier!!!

I thought I was Stranded; but, a young lady, Tiffany V., came to our rescue.
I order some parts from this AutoZone, because my wife, son, and I had a family meeting with some family members who live in Greenville,SC. WELL we had to park in a public pay as you park and we'll the power steering pump bolts broke off even inside the tensioner pulley bracket and we'll that's when I ordered the parts from this AutoZone. With no way of getting to the parts store; myself, Ms Tiffany V. Delivered them and helped an old man put them on after the parts store closed. Well, we made it back home at 4:30 this morning. So thank you, Ms. Tiffany V. and AutoZone, in Greenville!!!

Had a great experience while me and a friend were purchasing some items from the Laurens road AutoZone John Moore helped us understand what we needed to get walked us through everything I couldn't have said that I'd ever had better service.

I wish I knew the gentleman's name that helped me out yesterday. He was a Hispanic man with long hair and a mustache wearing a backwards baseball cap.

I came in needing a car battery on what was one of the worst days I've had in a long time, and this gentleman could not have been nicer, more professional, friendlier or more concerned. He spoke with me with respect and empathy while he was changing the battery, and even had me start the car a second time after the battery was put in because he "didn't like the way the first startup sounded."

He was an absolute pro and the easily the best experience of my day. Thank you.

I was at Auto Zone #1008 at 1535 Lauren's Rd., Greenville, SC. I came in to get a wiper blade replaced. Jay helped me & he was knowledgeable, kind, helpful & pleasant. You have a fantastic gentleman in Jay. I will come back again if ever I need anything. He is a nerturer & I will recommend your store & especially Jay to anyone with a need for expertise in the automotive realm. What a pleasant experience!

Very helpful staff. They identified the exact battery we needed, had in stock and installed it for free, recycling our old battery as an added benefit for us as we were on vacation. Fantastic service and affordable prices!

I called the store the other day to inquire about a cabin air filter and the gentleman that answered the phone was so helpful to help me find the right one and to let me know that they had one in stock and how much it was. I ended up purchasing it online a couple days later and went to the store to pick it up. I did not get the gentleman's name, but he was the one I had spoken to on the phone to confirm they still had it in stock and he was so very kind and helpful. There was also a lady working there today and they were both so helpful in giving me ideas about how to deter mice from gaining access to my car, especially the cabin air filter area. Great experience and will definitely use these guys again if I need something for my car!

Stopped in this evening to grab a couple of filters. I had previously bought these at another location, but was given the wrong ones. Scott and Calvin were extremely helpful and got me back on my way in no time! If you need any parts for your vehicle, this is the store I would recommend.

Shawn helped us install a battery and he was absolutely wonderful. He was informative even had my battery ready after I called in. Auto zone give this man a raise immediately!!

I was helped by a friendly and knowledgeable associate named Graham. He took the time to explain the best deals that were available for what I was looking for. He also went the extra mile and installed my new windshield wiper blades for me. I had a great experience and will shop at this location for future service.

The manager here is an asset to your company. I've been to this location several times and he has helped me get back on the road every time. It's hard to find somewhere will listen and help......I can't even get that at home. Highly recommended
