This location has been more than wonderful each time I go in for my robots repairs. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. And so far in all my experiences here, they have only charged me for the part. Each time They fixed it on the spot and I’m AMAZED by how fast they work. I will always go to Leslie’s on swan and sunrise for my swimming pool needs and repairs. I’m so impressed by their customer service.

Five Stars always. I have repeatedly visited this Leslies on Swan and another one at Oracle and Rudasill. I am continually amazed at the service levels. I have witnessed the General Manager, Store Manager and even new hires deliver exceptional customer service. Once they even saved my hundreds of dollars, by telling me a little known repair trick to fix my pool vacuum, when other places would likely have had me buy a new 450 dollar replacement. HIGHLY RECOMMMEND LESLIES.

Sandy the Swan Rd store manager is the absolute BEST! Always congenial, ready to help. I can always count on him to assist me in getting my pool back to sparkling and perfect water tests. Elaine and Fabian are great too and give awesome customer service. I like my pool guy, but there have been many a time where the Leslie’s staff has been my go-to. Though their supplies and chems tend to be pricier than say Walmart, all I know is they WORK and are kinder to ones skin. If you are not happy with other Leslie’s stores, go see Sandy at the Swan store. You won’t be disappointed.
