Quaint, clean, very cool, on the beautiful Lake. What else do you want from a coffee house. Came from the Oregon Coast, honestly the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. The coffee was awesome. The service was awesome. I'd come here everyday if I lived here.

In my week-long stay in Bend, I visited this place several times. It's the first place I stopped when I arrived: I hadn't even found a hotel/motel, and the last place I stopped before heading back north.
It's adjacent to Drake Park and Mirror Pond. I only got a photo from my walk out front of the Cafe. It's one street over from NW Wall Street and two from NW Gasoline Alley. There's a corridor to Wall St between Bend Electric Bikes and the Beach Hut Deli. There is ample paid parking at the Mirror Pond Parking Lot.
During the week, I'd stop there for coffee, latte, mocha: I tried them all! Every time the staff was welcoming and friendly and I struck up conversations with other customers.
The last First Friday was hopping in the downtown area. The Commons hosted a block party in the plaza to celebrate Van Henion Brewing's release of their crowd favorite, Schwarzbier. Local blues rippin' rockers Blackflowers Blacksun will be provided live music.

Favorite hangout in Bend. The standard metolius selection of teas, of which I prefer cloud and mist. They get their bagels from Sparrow, so obviously those are excellent. Not sure where the pretzels come from but those are also delicious. Good music, both indoor and outdoor seating. Note that on some nights they have special events like concerts and close early, so check before you make a plan.

Ordered the double espresso. Solid and potent! They sell local art inside with a quaint cottage theme. Plenty of fun seating outdoors. Staff at the front was kind

Such an amazing place! I was there for First Friday Art Walk and they had live music and great drinks! Visiting from Austin, I was excited to watch the band play (sorry, I forgot their name) with the river as the beautiful backdrop! Highly recommend this place if you find yourself in Bend!

One of our favorite drink and study spots in Bend; they’re also open later than all other cafes! It’s nice to go in early and get an ocean roll, or get happy hour in the afternoon. Beautiful views and Cebtral location make this a great stop anytime you’re in town. Live music nights are back too!

When we are downtown this is where we like to take a break and have a cup of great coffee and enjoy the view. The building is an antique, please read the plaque by the front door. And if you do a little digging you will find that this is one of Bends haunted historical homes.

Great place for coffee, beer, and friends. One of the only spots in town we’d gladly spend a near full day at. Coffee and work in the a.m. and beer after that. Highly recommended!

This place is the coziest coffee shop of all time. Probably my favorite business in Bend. I want to tell you it's bad so I don't have to share it, but I just can't do that cause I love it so much. When I'm having a bad day this is my go-to. Warms me up every time.

Lovely little establishment - good variety on tap, seems to change every week. Love the pastries - especially Sparrow bakery ocean rolls. Kombucha and coffee, too. Fun vibe inside. Love the piano. Thanks to the Commons for hosting the Bend Chess and Go club over the summer. It was great to drink beer and play games while watching the sun set over the mountains from the tables out front!

The kind of coffeeshop the rest of the country wishes it had. I guess they can keep enjoying their McDonalds/Starbucks vibe. Commons is the place to chill :)
