Everything about this place is 5 stars. Customer service was out of this world and the food was phenomenal. Would love the drip coffee to be a bit stronger but that's it.

I recently altered my daily routine, and that change led me to discover Black Rock Coffee. This coffee shop has quickly become a part of my morning ritual, and I have nothing but praises for it.

The coffee at Black Rock is delicious. What sets this place apart, though, is the exceptional staff. Fast, efficient, and unfailingly friendly, they embody the essence of great customer service. Even during their busiest hours, the staff at Black Rock Coffee manage to make each customer feel special. Their genuine smiles and the way they take a moment to ask about your day or weekend make all the difference. It's the kind of personal touch that transforms a regular coffee run into a warm and welcoming experience.

In an era where many coffee shops prioritize speed over the personal touch, Black Rock Coffee stands out as a shining example of how to make each customer feel valued. I can't recommend this place enough to anyone looking for a delicious cup of coffee served with a side of genuine kindness. It's more than a coffee shop; it's a little haven of positivity in the morning rush.

Their coffees and snacks are always so good and I've never met someone there that isn't extremely kind and helpful!
Its my favorite place to get coffee for a good price. The coffee is never too sweet, and easy to make sweet if you prefer it that way! The food always tastes fresh and has good flavors, doesn't taste mass produced or factory made.

Has quickly become my favorite coffee spot. A great variety of traditional and modern coffee and tea. They don't have some of the crazy flavors you get other places, but the stuff they have still sets them apart. I suggest trying a hibiscus tea, its best if you do it half and half with black tea. The food is great for a quick breakfast, too. Even more, the staff make every visit a great experience.

Hands down the best run Black Rock I've ever visited! Super friendly staff, and always accurate. Whoever the manager is at this one, must be doing a phenomenal job! Keep it up. I'll be back. 🙂

So I have yet to walk inside this location- but I do occasionally order it and have it delivered to my home from Uber Eats or Door Dash. I just want to say that I love how consistent the drinks are. I’m always happy with the flavor and the measurements are always right! I try duplicating the drinks at home and its never quite right so I’m glad someone can make them properly lol. I have really missed my friends and family back In Beaverton and I’m glad to know Im able to have a piece of home with me here in Bend. It’s been a really hard year adjusting to a new town and trying to do so without my usual support system. Also, I appreciate the occasional sweet notes I get on my drink order. It means more to me than you’ll ever know. I know it might just be Coffee, Infused Fuels and treats to you guys, but y’all are helping folks. One drink at a time ❤

Black Rock slays, I always come here whenever I’m in Bend. One of the baristas recommended raspberry coconut for a blended fuel and Ive gotten it ever since. Their drinks are consistent, service is great and quick. I’m not a huge fan of the food though.

A wonderful alternative to the nationwide coffee shops.

This place had a great matcha latte that wasn’t loaded with sugar.

Atmosphere is welcoming as were the people working here.

It was my first time in Black Rock Coffee yesterday. The only reason is that it's just not convenient from where I live. I happen to be at that end of town and was meeting a friend for coffee. Nice place, well made drinks, and good atmosphere. It's still not going to be a regular stop for me but if I'm in that end of town I'll stop again.

I rarely give 5 stars. The staff is attentive and very quick which keeps the drive thru line down, very friendly, hasnt gotten my order wrong in the 20+ times I've visted. The coffee is tasty too. My only small concern was the staff didnt know too much about gluten, but after contacting corporate I was assured their syrups are gluten free.

I love the coffee from Black Rock and will buy bags of beans to grind myself. I will drive our of my way and choose Black Rock over Starbucks any day. They don't have a wide variety of food items, but it's the coffee I love.

Best coffee place in all of Bend. And their coffee doesn't taste burned like Starbucks.

First experience at Blackrock Coffee. The speaker on the drive through wasn’t turned on and a recording came on immediately to notify us to pull up to the window. I ordered the hot Mexican mocha, husband had a breve and my toddler had a strawberry steamer. All were delicious. I usually order half sweet in my coffee but decided to order regular since I’ve never been here. It was perfect. We ordered a coffee cake muffin as well and it was, meh. It either wasn’t fresh or they need a new supplier. The young man at the window provided great service and had high spirits.

My husband is very picky about his coffee and since we have started getting our coffees on Wednesday and Saturday morning with Maldini and her girls working we have had the most outstanding service . No other coffee shop can outshine this one in Bend .. so THANK YOU FOR BEING 5 STARS ..Pam and Fred Clark

Hands down best place to get Coffee in Bend. Not only is the coffee FANTASTIC but the service was OUTSTANDING! Never felt more appreciated as a customer.

Been going here for over a year and have been very happy every time! Always get my order, no matter how big or small, very quickly. The food and pastries are always delicious and they even cater to gluten and dairy free. Excellent customer service as well!

Today Black rock coffee experienced some issues with the card reader. I had placed an order and because I didn’t have cash, just use my card, they were so generous in blessing me with a free bag of espresso coffee at no cost......That is pretty awesome!!! 😁👍
