Pet Supplies Plus Taylors

First time visiting this store. I was impressed with the selection of pet food, supplements, and the largest selection of dog toys that I've seen in the upstate. My new go-to!

First time in and I was assisted by a sweet young lady. Lexi I believe her name was, went above and beyond to instruct me on proper frog care and where to get started. I've been wanting a little friend for my study room for a while and she gave me the info I needed. Definitely recommend the store and if you need questions answered she's your gal! She not only appears to work super hard, but I me timed my great experience to some friends and they also found her a wonderful helper with their pet needs. Face of the store as far as I'm concerned, definitely shop here yall!!

Great Pet Store for summer lilies, toys and food. 1st time i've done self dog washes, i'm a fan. ask about their 5 washes for $40 card great deal and the staff is always friendly

So we'll stocked with pet supplies, treats, and toys. Very nice bath center. Helpful and polite staff. My dog gets excited when we drive up to this store. It has so many wonderful smells! Pet Supplies Plus gets two thumbs up!

Lexi and 2 other young ladies were extremely helpful! Lexi helped get me and my dog Reuben's rewards card set up, and rang us up for the self serve dog bath and some treats. One young lady kindly helped us with the blow dryer in the bath area, though Reuben thought the blow dryer was frankly horrifying! All were very friendly and great with my dog who suffers from acute irrational exuberance. In other words, he's a piece of work sometimes. Great job ladies at the Taylors SC store!

Savannah at Pet Supplies Plus is always so friendly & accommodating. Every time I come to get my ball pythons food, she’s always eager to answer any questions & gives great advice. Very professional & informative & clearly passionate about animals, which I LOVE. This place is great & also always has fresh frozen food for reptiles. Great place.

We LOVE your Pet Supplies Plus store in Taylor’s!!! Especially love your delivery service & our hard to find Farmina Cat food. Love this store! Always courteous, friendly and helpful. The prices beat everyone, and that's hard to do in today's economy. Their curbside pickup is really reliable and I'm about to give their
delivery service a try. They are nice, convenient, courteous and on time every time!

I have been shopping at this store for over a year. We have 4 dogs & 4 cats. It's a lot to keep up with all of their needs, but so worth it! Today I had a young lady named "Kelsey" (please forgive any misspelling) help me with all of my shopping and questions! I'm glad I did! I was able to get nearly $425 worth of pet food, litter, bathing supplies, grooming supplies,and treats for $70 with the coupons and in store deals!

I really appreciate this store, and will be back many times!

The 3 ladies that my dog Reuben and I interacted with at the Taylors SC store on 11/26/22 about 6PM all had excellent customer service skills and were very helpful even though he can be challenging at times. Great job! Keep up the good work! This is a good well kept store.

Love this store! We take our 3 German Shepherds there for their do it yourself grooming. We buy their food and treats there as well. They are 10 times better than PetSmart, PetCo and Tractor Supply.

Always good experience at the store but used to be excellent and amazing service by Katrina (grooming) She was beyond and above. Not been able to find someone to treat and deal with my anxious dog(No one!) She should be called back and offered a higher salary since the store been struggling on keeping grooming open.....grooming department close because no employees. Make sure you are keeping happy your best employees.

The staff here seem to love their jobs and it shows in their helpful and friendly attitudes. What has impressed me the most is their vast selection of high quality dog foods. They also have a great selection of leashes and collars. The store is not quite as big as some of the big box pet stores but we drive an extra 15 miles to frequent this store. Highly recommend!!!

A very nice place. Lots of stock to choose from. The staff are very helpful. And plentiful on Sunday.

I'm a dog guy but when we found an adorable kitten in the middle of the road and had to keep him. The staff there was great at helping me buy everything I needed, and not just recommending the most expensive items. They passed me on to one rep that had cats and she told me what worked and didn't work for her. Very helpful and very accommodating. I will be back.

My favorite Pet Store the staff is so friendly always attentive to customers needs. We come here quite often they have a great selection of fish and other products and they have the best pet candles out there if you've never been stop in !

I had placed a pickup order with another pet supply store & went there to pick up my order & the store had closed early. I was completely out of dog food so I drove down to PET SUPPLIES PLUS TAYLORS to see if they were open & if so, did they have my dog's special dry food. They were open & they carried several varieties of the dry food I needed. I found everything that I had originally ordered! The cashier was so friendly & even opened an account in my name so that I received a few discounts on my items. I think I've found a new place to make all of my pet's needs purchases from now on. They have a great variety of items!

I'm in love this store! Great quality dog food, amazing customer service, good prices, and healthy dog treats. My Monstro gets excited every time we go here. It's way better than the big companies like petsmart or petco chains... I'll definitely be recommending this place to my friends and anyone else! P.S. He loved his toy and so did his friends ^_^
