The customer service at this store was amazing. The store manager was very helpful and attentive. I bought the cutest earrings and shirt which the manager helped me pick out. She was very enthusiastic and took her time with me. The store was really inviting and trendy and caught my eye while walking down main street! I now tell all my friends to shop there!

I visited Lou Lou Boutique at Christmas time to see what, if anything, they may have to give my wife. I was assisted by Madison. She was such a help! She gave me great recommendations. Based on those recommendations, I bought numerous gifts which were loved by my wife. The store has so many options, but most important was the friendly and helpfulness by Madison along with the other employees. I highly recommend this shop!

I am in town visiting some family and I needed something to wear for a dinner . I had a baby a few months ago so I am not feeling the best and I absolutely dread shopping and trying on clothes. I went to a few other stores and was feeling pretty defeated but when I walked into Loulou I was greeted warmly and enthusiastically by the store manager Gina . She was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help me find a new outfit for dinner and a couples closet staples that I actually feel confident in. She was so kind and patient with me I can be pretty hard to deal with but she really went above and beyond for me. I wish I lived in the area to be able to shop with Gina more! I will absolutely be back in on my next visit. Highly recommend to all the gals!

Madison and Grace did an outstanding job assisting me in discovering the ideal outfits. Their help was truly remarkable! They made me feel important and special throughout my visit. Their attention to detail and personalized service exceeded my expectations, leaving me with a sense of being truly taken care of. I can't wait to return!

I was visiting Greenville during Christmas from Out of town and stopped into Lou Lou to look for a Christmas Eve dress. The store was clean and organized, which was a relief after visiting a few other shops on the same block. Gina, the store manager was so incredibly helpful, She picked me out a few options and found me the perfect dress and earrings! Everything in the store was so cute and trendy, I will definitely be back next time I come to town.

I usually do not leave reviews, however… I could not be more satisfied with my experience at Lou Lou. I came to get my girlfriend a gift for Christmas, but like most men I felt like I wasn’t really sure what I should get her. I was helped by Gina and Aimee and could not be more impressed. After explaining what I had in mind, they gave me great insight. Lou Lou’s is a very friendly and inviting environment with a great selection. I was also impressed with how clean the store was. If you are in Greenville I would 10/10 recommend putting Lou Lou on your list of places to shop.

The manager of this store (Gina) is the most incredible retail professional I have ever met. She has helped me shop for years at this store. Her customer service is other level, and she keeps her merchandise perfectly organized and appealing at all times, even with a ton of foot traffic and tiny items in full stock ceiling to floor. I’m not sure how she does it: she always knows where every item is (even the tiny ones); has the best recommendations; and can immediately build rapport with any customer that walks through the door (any gender or demographic or shopping motive). She is a pleasure to be around and especially to shop with, even if you were not in the mood to shop but need a gift or something for an event. I cannot say enough good things about shopping in this store with Gina. Go do it, even if you aren’t in the mood. You will leave with a smile and retail treasures! That is a guarantee.

I absolutely adore this boutique store! It has a nice variety of jewelry, clothes, candles, etc., and is such a fun place to shop in downtown Greenville. I really appreciated the 1:1 attention from the assistant manager Madison. Thank you so much and I’ll be back again in the future!

I love this store! They have great stuff at a very wide range of price points. This is a perfect place to shop for gifts. The reasons for some of these negative reviews are crazy: Several are because no one said hello to them when they walked in, which seems crazy to me - unless you're at Walmart, most stores don't have a dedicated greeter. Employees are busy, and it's puzzling that so many people feel like they should be personally greeted when walking into a store. Another 1 star review was because someone vacuuming didn't answer the door when they knocked, and the store was obviously closed - since when is a cleaner supposed to open the door to customers? Some of these reviews are just unreasonable, and it's unfair that they're tanking the rating for such a great little store.

Great customer service! I went 12/10/23 and the lady opened up a little early for me because she saw me looking in the window. The ladies who worked there were so friendly and helped me find gifts for my family for christmas. Highly recommend shopping here!!

I came in the store today with my daughter to find her a graduation dress and the customer service was outstanding. The managers really took the time to find her something super cute. They even found her a perfect pair of earrings to go with the dress. By far the best customer service on Main Street that I have received!! Highly recommend!
