Great food! Friendly staff! Super generous in giving back to the community!

I like this Panera bread. I'm pretty partial to the Panera across from Baptist hospital. The counter attendants are always sweet and comical. Plus, the food is always fantasticly fresh and tasty.

I LOVE THIS LOCATION! CAROL IS AN ABSOLUTE DOLL! SHE IS SO FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS THERE LOL! Friendly, clean, quick, and always yummy!
I love my charged lemonades... all three flavors (apple, mint, mango) buuuuut I tried this sweet green tea today and my favorite so far! I love the sip club!

Always had a great experience with this location, even if the DoorDash person failed to deliver. Panera made it right. Loads of respect from the healthcare workers here at the hospital.

Super busy location, but will take orders at the check out counter and also has stand alone "order yourself" tablets. Very quick, very easy. Also has a drive through.
I quite like the house teas.

Great location - service is always top notch, timely, helpful. Never ordered something that didn't meet my expectations. The Sip Club is a really great deal that I'd recommend to anyone.

Went there for a latish lunch. No problem finding seating. Food was perfect temperature and delicious. I had the creamy chicken and wild rice soup and 1/2 of a tuna salad sandwich. Both were delicious. My wife had a Caesar salad & a grilled steak and white cheddar sandwich. She enjoyed hers too. Great experience!

Great place, the food is always good at Panera. Michael is a great manager who is ready to take care of loyal customers when the rare mishap happens on an order. The staff are always friendly. Will always be my favorite location

Panera Bread is a nice place to go to get something to eat. The employees were nice and helpful. I had a combo meal, creamy tomato soup, and avocado turkey, and bacon sandwich. The food came quickly and was freshly made. Everything was good. Will return to Panera Bread again in the future. All positive review for Panera Bread.

Wow just incredible service! Paige the manager is very efficient. She handled an upset customers huge return with no issue and had him laughing by the time the order was done. Rexy helped make my stay feel special as well! I will be returning.

Love Panera...best salads, soups and sandwiches. We also like yhe bkfst sandwiches and the coffee is always fresh and hot.

As usual, Panera served as the perfect meeting place for me and two of my cohorts. We found a great location inside to set up our little eat-meet, made our way to the front counter, ordered, grabbed our drinks, & sat back down.

We began working on business while waiting on our orders. No more than we started to do so & our meals arrived.

All meals were exactly what was ordered. The food was delicious; the service was exemplary.

The environment seems to be conducive to facilitate a working lunch no matter how packed the place gets. That’s not an accident. Careful planning & years of experience at creating such have Panera at the front of the pack when it comes to national chain restaurants aiming to deliver quality products & services synonymous with their brand.

I expect my experience to be the same superior quality no matter where I see the Panera brand in the U.S. Today’s was another homologous run-through of the same ol’ thing at Panera...an experience deserving of 5 Stars!

usually my reviews are for fun and aren't serious but i ordered a cinnamon swirl bagel and was waiting in line, they were out of them but a worker apologized and gave me a bunch of extra goodies. originally, it was just one bagel but i fed my whole family with what i got. i've been poor before and seeing this really and truthfully made my day. im personally no longer struggling but i know that side of me is thanking that worker from the bottom of my heart. the littlest things can make somebodies day.

Best Panera in the city. It’s clean, has a quick work flow, and the food is fresh. Come in and get your points up!

I just have to give a shout-out to Mike (I hope I got the name correct), I often order delivery from this location and work near the downtown area which is not terribly close. Something happened with my order and doordash canceled it. When I called Panera to inquire as to why it was canceled, Mike took the time to research it, called me back, had a fresh order made and delivered it personally along with some treats from the bakery. In a world seriously lacking in customer service, he went far above and beyond to make it right for me. My food was hot, fresh & delicious! Thank you Mike, you absolutely made my day!! :)
