We tried this place for the first time the other day and it was well worth it! The longsilog was pretty good (a few hard chunks), the special was a longganisa burrito with fried rice in it - very good! The best was the Ube Mascarpone Pancakes!!! You have to have these! We had it as a dessert. 😂 Sooooo gooood!!!!!

This place continually offers delicious food and always has good music playing, the people are always nice and friendly. It was the first place that popped in my mind for breakfast on my birthday! Highly recommend.

Bear in mind it’s a small restaurant that holds probably about 30 people, so depending when you go there could be a wait, but it’s worth the wait.

There is a variety of food selection from breakfast, loco moco, ox tail soup, prime rib, burgers and sandwiches.

Highly recommended. The food comes out in a reasonable time and the staff are all super friendly and attentive. Just go.

This is a local gem! I’ve been wanting to try and we went for dinner. I had the clams and garlic fried rice - holy cow so good. Service was very friendly. Small seating inside but we had no problems. Highly recommend and I am going back for breakfast!

This location is a small one so be prepared to wait a little. Even with that, we only waited 15-20 minutes max for two of us and man was that wait worth it! We got the Aria special (I think that's what it was called). The French toast with ube cream and fresh berries on top was to die for, there was a very generous portion of eggs, and the chicken sausage and bacon that came with were just the icing on top!

IDK what took us so long to try this place but we will be back! It's so good and so worth it!

Super fast efficient service, strong drip coffee, well priced. Family friendly. Sit down diner/fast service type of place. The windows are blacked out which intimidated me but it’s a bright, simple, cute, one-room diner inside — the window tint is to keep the sun out!

I ordered Da Local omelette with salad. The only question mark I have is the menu said green & white onions in the omelette but it came with red (which I don’t like). But so what? They were probably out. Nothing to complain about. I can see why locals rave for this being cheap & delicious!

They have good quality food prices are moderate $$$
I had the best Loco Moco with Wagyu beef burger and crab cake, fried rice and Gravy.
What stands out about this Loco Moco is the gravy and the fried rice. It was delicious.
My wife had the strawberry salad, it has delicious strawberry vinaigrette dressing and pecans.
And her friend Peter had a aji salad it was huge.
The portions are large and it is worth the money 💰
The restaurant is small so you may find yourself waiting in line outside. You can also do takeout orders too. They are getting a great reputation a lot of people know about this place. Hopefully they can find a larger location because the people will find it.

Excellent customer service, great tasting food. Hidden gem in Waimalu behind Cutter Ford. We ordered a bunch of plates. I had the garlic (paid a little extra) fried rice loco moco. The patty was moist and the gravy had great flavor. The garlic fried rice was winnas. I saw other tables with the prime rib loco moco and I'm gonna have to go back to try it.

The Crab Cake Benedict was so good! Definitely recommend! My husband enjoyed the fruity pebbles French toast. We will definitely be back to try more! Very friendly staff. We went on a Tuesday morning (10am~), and there were a lot of open parking spots.

This place was very good overall. Definitely small amd can be busy but worth the wait. Everything was made with quality ingredients and executed properly. Good customer service and great food and menu you can go wrong.

Everything had so much flavor. . . Good flavor. The adobo fried rice omelet was very good, and the country fried steak was good. The lechon was very good, too. I also got the ube pancakes, which were fantastic. And mostly, the customer service was on point. 🤙🤙

I always get the bangsilog. It’s always my go-to take out order and tbh it’s the only one i’ve tried from here. I should venture out and try all the other delicious food, but i’m always craving for bangus every time I order from here. I order it like 2-3x a week (guilty)

If you love crab, you'll love the crab cake Benedict! It was delicious! Upon walking in, I was greeted instantly and welcomed in. The servers were attentive and very friendly. Highly recommend this little spot!

If you’re vacationing at a resort - leave the pack and eat here . Seriously incredible food and people . Get the prime rib loco mock!

If you are in the mood for some good food with a local twist, Guieb Cafe is the spot! Everything on the menu is delicious, it really comes down to what you are in the mood for. I personally like the crab cake Benedict, adobo fried rice omelette, and for a sweet treat the fruity pebbles french toast. Oh and don’t forget the poi mochi waffles!

Excellent food, exceptionally good service. The crab cake benedict (photo) is very tasty and perfectly executed. The loco moco is also quite good and you can have it with brown rice if you want. Coffee is also much better than most any other restaurant coffee.

By the way, the restaurant's name is pronounced "geb"-- rhymes with ebb.

GREAT service!!! Best breakfast on the entire island. Prime rib loco moco is totally bomb! So are the chocolate chip pancakes. If you are visiting Hawaii visit this place!!

Amazing food. Amazing staff. Great prices. Don't think about it just come here and get it.
