Ross Dress for Less

This Ross is located in a calm and safe area. The store is very nice and clean. Each customer wears a mask of their own choice because there are no strict rules in the store. There is a very rich selection of clothes here. The store employees are very polite, well-mannered and cultured. Nobody makes you nervous. You can calmly and with great pleasure just walk around the store. The atmosphere is friendly here.

I had no intentions of buying anything, but I found a few things I needed, and the price was reasonable. It was worth the trip.

I love shopping at Ross but it is not for everybody. This is no nonsense bargain shopping at its best. I snagged 2 nice winter coats for less that I would have paid for 1 coat somewhere else. Love the household items and bed and bath. I always find something great when I shop here and have never been disappointed.

I picked up almost all my daughter's birthday gifts here. Came back the following week and did the same for another little girl. Nice prices and friendly staff!

New 2022 most recently, I was so disappointed and upset when I left 1 of my all time favorite places to shop. The staffing isually friendly and helpful. However There was an issue at Register time. A young man Rang me up, or thought he did, needless to say he realizes he didn't so he has to re-ring, so out everything's from the bags. Again something goes wrong he re-rings and now called the extremely Rude young man whom said he was the manager after I ask for the manager now he wants to talk like a seen out of a movie they are having me swipe my card a few times, ( prior to "I Am The manager) so of course I ask what's wrong at this point the manager says your card is being rejected, mind you I've stood there for a while at this point people are piling up in line he's being rood and now I'm feeling like a criminal and worried to something happened to my account, so I call my bank while the manager's on a call he said he needed to make for ,about my card. I get confirmation on my end even let my bank rep speak with the manager. Manager reply I still need to check. Now I suggest while you seem to be on hold why don't u try another register maybe somethings wrong with that one. I must of stood there forever. Now I'm getting tired, my bodys hurting , I'm feeling disrespected The manager has little to no communication with me and when he does it's Rudeness. I HAD A FULL CART, Ive SHOPPED HERE ATLEAST ONCE A WEEK or other Ross stores. In the end I ended up snatching my card back ( my apologies) and leaving the Items. I totally understand the shortages every where in staffing these store. But things are really getting out of hand when your hiring disrespectful unhelpful staffing. That could potentially cause regular shopper's to stop shopping at your store or loosing money in any way.

Well when,I shop at Ross I always fine what, I'm looking for. Whether it's for me or for someone else on any occasion. They have reasonable price that don't drain my wallet that is one store to shop..

This was a very good Ross to shop at people were nice and friendly and they had everything that I needed

I haven't been in one in a while, but if I didn't show some self control I'm pretty sure I would have spent $80
