The UPS Store

I absolutely love this UPS Store location! The team there are some of the nicest workers I’ve interacted with. The store is always so clean, smells amazing, and the soft music helps the environment. I am throughly impressed with their manager, Emma, who has the most positive attitude and will have a conversation with anyone she comes in contact with! We love to crack a joke, and you can tell how much she influences her workers! Thank you, Emma, and your team!!

The UPS Store in Calera is the best shipping depot in Shelby County, imo! The personnel are always friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. If you're waiting in a line they have a pleasant way of putting everyone at ease. It's like a "no rush, no worry, just chill zone". Not everybody is always 100% ready with their package(s) and sometimes questions need answers. The folks working behind the counter make sure you are treated good and business is conducted thoroughly in your interest so that no mistakes are made. I think customers notice that and know when it's their turn, they will be treated with the same focus & attentive behavior. It's the way a place that is responsible for shipping items should be operated because you never know how important that item is or what it means. I'm fortunate to live close to the Calera UPS Store and if I didn't, I would still drive the extra miles. I want to add that they maintain a clean store and keep a good inventory of many items needed for mailing/shipping.

Even when they're busy, they still great each customer and let them know they're working to get to them as soon as possible. They always have great customer service.

I had an amazing experience this Monday afternoon shipping off a package. Emma, Dustin, and Tristan did a great job of explaining UPS insurance and pack and ship guaranteed. Will definitely be revisiting for all my shipping needs!

Great experiences here they have an awesome staff that are always willing to help you with all your shipping needs and they do copies as well among other services that I can't speak on due to not having used they yet but definitely check these guys and girls out

The UPS store in Calera is great. Everyone is very friendly and efficient. It's so convenient having a post box there and I can have all of my packages shipped there and don't have to worry about being home to get them

Very great service and I have never had an issue. I think the bad reviews are hilarious, especially from the idiot who wants to blame their own mistake on someone else since they didn't confirm the address they wanted it shipped to! Excellent response from the manager!
