Hardee’s

I stop here sometimes while on my way to church in Shelby County. No complaints when it comes to Hardee’s and it’s breakfast food.

They hand bread the chicken tenders so that’s always good. I usually get the loaded omelette biscuit which is too good! Food usually fresh.

I was having a very eh morning, honestly rough week. Dreading work. The guy in the drive through absolutely hyped me up and made my morning! Lovely customer service, food was quick as well!

We were passing through Calera today on 05/25/2023 and stopped in the drive thru for some lunch. The lady working the drive thru was great. She was very polite and pleasant. She took our order almost as soon as I pulled up to the intercom. The food was hot and we both were very pleased with it. Keep up the great job. We have had bad experiences recently at a couple other locations and I left a bad review for both so with the experience I had today I thought I would leave a well earned five star review.

Hardee's is so underrated. Their burgers are better than any other fast food joint. This one in particular, they are a great bunch folks who work here. The Manager is definitely proud to be there and represents the store well

I hadn't been to Hardee's in so long, and in the past, I'd had really bad experiences (not at this location). I got breakfast from this location and everything was perfect.

OMG the new manager is so awesome. He is the nicest manager that I have ever met. Sweet and polite. I am disabled. And he helped me get my food to my table.I have noticed since he has been there ,even the lobby and restrooms stay so clean. Everytime we go in to the Calera Hardee's it is always clean .

I'm giving this a five star for the customer service I received this morning in the drive thru. The lady that took my order and served me was amazing! Her customer service was top notch. I have not always been satisfied with this particular location , however this morning helped change my perspective in a big way. I wish I was able to get the name of the lovely queen that served me. Keisha in the drive thru did her job as one should in her position. Asking for additional condiments before purchase (so that the establishment may charge extras for the excess of freely given sauce) rather than after. Was quick to operate the computer system in placing the order and it was properly itemized on the receipt. Even the correct tabs were punched on the burger box containers according to order specifications. Order was exactly as ordered.(not extremely complicated but enough so that both combos were specified. I ran a fast food establishment as a store manager and this is the experience I would expect from my employees. I eat here very often due to proximity to them and it’s usually hit or miss but I was very happy with how well they followed the process and even offered a drink holder when not exactly necessary. This type of behavioral acknowledgment is what leads to promotion within and more profitability for the establishment and employee in return. Thanks.

In regards to particular negative reviews; Minimum wage or round-about still deserves the respect of an employee anywhere else. If you need be to be humbled. Try working fast food for a month

They were covered up the day we were there. Management was doing a good job short handed. The young lady at the cash register was struggling yet the manager kept working with her and getting food out. The food was hot and correct.

I've been here twice while working in the area, and both times, I was impressed by the level of service. The staff are much friendlier and more willing to help customers have a great experience than just about any fast food restaurant I've visited. The food was great, if Hardee's is your thing (I happen to love it).

The staff is super friendly. Consistent good food. Top quality. I order every day for breakfast on my way to work and they have never gotten my order wrong.

Always busy with loyal and appreciative customers. Always have very fresh and high quality of meats, as well as produce!

This is a very clean restaurant to visit. Your typical fast food but the employees usually are on top of their game and it's a quick meal. Breakfast is always good and the new $5 Hardee's boxes are quite fulfilling.

I recently visited this Hardee’s location with a pair teacher, 23 students, and 11 parents. We received excellent service from a very pleasant Hardee’s employee, the food was great, and we didn’t have to wait long! A+

Had chicken fingers before grocery shopping. Perfect and customer service awesome. Only ate here couple of times, trying to eat clean, but when I get a hankering for the dirty eating I will go back.
