Kenneth was exceptional! He was extremely helpful and kind. We went to 4 stores to replace my husbands screen cover. This location had it and we spoke with Kenneth on the phone before we got there. He checked for us before we go there and ensured they had it in stock! We arrived and he replaced the old one with then one they had in stock. Overall 10/10 would recommend Kennth’s services at T-Mobile.

FABULOUS experience with Martha at the Cherry Hill T-Mobile store!!! She was over the top helpful and patient. She went WAY over the basic help to make sure that I understood everything. All the staff was friendly and made me feel like an important customer. A+ experience!!

The guys at T-Mobile cherry hill (Andrew, Josh and Gabe) are AMAZING! Had some issues upgrading my phone and Andrew did everything in his power to make sure I went home with my upgrade today! Can’t thank them enough!!

We've had TMobile for a few years now and are always impressed by their customer service. They have always done a great job saving us money and helping us upgrade our phones. We were helped at this location by Jeremy. He was great. Very knowledgeable and helped us save a bunch of money so that we were able to add some things on and still get better pricing. Highly recommend this store!

Best staff ever. I went to this store to get new phones for my wife and I. The store manager Andrew and the salesman Jeremy are second to none. We were greeted as soon as we entered the store and within minutes we had our new phones selected being setup. While they were helping us, Andrew continued to make sure he greeted everyone entering the store, even though other staff members were also doing so. Every customer in that place was helped immediately and we left there knowing this is the only T-Mobile store we will come to from now on. I've been to T-Mobile in Deptford and Philly before. This was my first time in this store and I will be going back foranything I ever need. Second to none.

Martha at the Cherry Hill store was GREAT! She was so patient with my elderly partner and I. We ended getting more than we came in to buy and we’re confident in doing so.

Amazing customer service! I go out of my way to go to this specific store because they never seem like you're bothering them (unlike the one at the mall). We ran into a few snags trying to disable an old phone and transfer info to the new one, but April handled it like a champ and kept a smile on her face the entire time.

I switched from Sprint to T-Mobile I was helped by April. She was the best helped me upgrade to two new 5 G phones. I can't believe how fast my phones are now. Thanks for a smooth transfer of service. Should have done it sooner!

Alisha was very thorough in transferring our phones over. She answered all of my questions clearly and accurately. It was an enjoyable experience. The Cherry Hill store is very clean and bright.

I have visit the Audubon T-Mobile. Then I went to Cherry Hill I must say what huge difference. In how they keep the Customer from catching Covid 9. The Staff is on the ball when it comes to safety. I appreciate that very much. Customer Service is professional. I wish the Audubon T-Mobile should be trained. I live closer to the Audubon. I'm happy to have given my business to Cherry Office.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They also went out if their way making sure the store was clean and safe and limited the amount of people in at one time!

The man helping us Elmer was very patient and helped us with every last detail with our phone set up and the issues that came with it and it was excellent service even with all of the issues the employees especially Elmer were always at the ready
