AT&T Store

I was in yesterday..I signed another 2 yr contract and got a newer phone.. Bradley waited on me.. And I would definitely recommend him..he was great..he didn't push me to buy what I didn't need/want.. Very knowledgeable..I would definitely recommend him..He needs a raise!! Just my opinion..And my service is usually always great with AT&T..
Much better than the in person service 6 months ago.

The representative went above and beyond to not only resolve my issue, but with the other customers as well. She needs to be recognized and compensated for such professional attributes.

Ben was awesome helping me with an issue I was having opening up documents on my phone. I'm so grateful for him taking the time out of his day to help me. I am not good with technology so it was so nice of him. Thank you Ben

Ben and Sheri were awesome! Dropped in for a new screen protector and was in/out in 5 minutes! They even installed!

Knowledgeable staff. The man was helpful, kind and considerate. I had been without phone service for one month. He had the problem fixed in a matter of minutes.

Would drive across the country to have the amazing customer service I received. Joey and the whole staff were over the top on helping me with the problems I had with my new phone. Next time you need a new phone or something goes wrong with the one you have. Take it down to this at&t store. I promise you it will be the best decision you make.

We had some problems changing carriers but we had EXCELLENT service at the At&T store in Lewisburg. Ben Morton was very helpful and patient the whole process. .

We just moved here and found our new Att store and out of all the places we have lived around this country this Att store has the most professional and knowledgeable sales person I have ever dealt with .. Abby was such a wonderful help I will continue to deal with AT&T I absolutely love them, I purchased 2 8 Ultra watches an traded in an IPhone 11 for the 14 pro for my sister and she was a doll to work with I could not have asked for a better representative at the store. We also had the watches shipped an received them in one day Amazing 😁very happy customer

Meadow, Joey and the team at the Lewisburg went out of their way to help me out. Meadow answered the questions I had when I initially came in the store. She then went on to ask me about upgrades that would benefit me and how I can change my plan to save me some money. She hooked me up with a good deal. By far the best customer service experience I've had with ATT!!

Meadow was absolutely amazing. I was in and out of the store in under an hour. She greeted me, offered advice, and did her best to make sure I was happy with my purchase

I started living out here not to long ago with my family. I came into this store a few days ago mad about my current phone provider, because my reception was horrible. I was greeted by a man employee named Cody. he was the most helpful person in the store he made me feel like I wasn't wasting my time and even went into good depth on what phone would be good for my personal needs. I came into the store window shopping but after communicating with him he assured me I would be making the right choice going with AT&T and I'm happy to be apart of the Family now. Love my new phone 🙂

Didn't have to wait to upgrade my phone. Meadow was extremely fast and efficient. Helpful and understanding with my questions. 10/10 will visit again and ask for her.

Ben was fabulous!! I had the same phone for 8 years and he set me up with a new one really easily!! If you are looking for a new phone or to up grade go see Ben at the at&t store in gateway boulevard!!!

Isaac (AT&T employee) Helped me with something called Port Fraud. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist me and my family. This includes multiple HOUR long conversations with ATT support, BOOST mobile support, and his super visors. He truly went above and beyond and i cannot recommend him more. I truly do not believe my issue would have been resolved if it were not for Isaac and the ATT store in Lewisburg. I hope Isaac gets the recognition he deserves from the store and from his supervisors. This experience was extremely scary, but Isaac provided guidance, expertise, and reassurance. I cannot put into words how much Isaac truly went above and beyond to help me and my family. I cant recommend this ATT store enough. Thank you again Isaac
