Wow! Great outstanding service!
Needed to upgrade my very old iPhone.
I’m not overly tech savvy, wasn’t sure what would be best for me or how it would affect my phone plan.
Daniel R. was very friendly, helpful, informative & knowledgeable about devices and had great patience with me.
I ended up getting a good deal on a new iPhone, needed accessories & a much better upgraded phone plan. A lot of bang for my buck!! Thank you Daniel R.!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
As soon as I walked in I was greeted and acknowledged by one of the sales agents
(whom had his hands busy).
I came in to trade in some devices, the process was quick and easy. Daniel R who took care of me was very friendly and knowledgeable going above and beyond giving me ideas on how to save money on my (8 lines account) bill, NO ONE EVER DID BEFORE. Will definitely be my go to store, Big Thank Yousss!

Great service! Kyla was awesome and helped me set up my new phone and didn’t get annoyed by my total tech illiteracy. The other guy working was lovely too. Definitely recommend!

Great service. Our bill was carefully explained (and reduced!) so we left knowing exactly what we were getting and what our monthly bill would look like.

Amazing service. Fast, easy, and reliable. Mostly all my questions and requests are answered and met. This place ambiance is great and welcoming. Sales person Victor Guzman is very accommodating and very knowledgeable on what he does. Professionally and politely provided solutions to my questions. He provides service with compassion and treat us customers like family. I believe I got one of the best deals in AT&T phone and internet because of this guy. So, please do visit this location and ask for Victor.

I was able to get my new phone activated and my plan upgraded for free, all in less than a half hour. The customer service rep Edgardo was really patient while I scoured through my brain all the security codes I kept getting wrong. In the end I got it, and the whole process was great.

Kay, was very helpful in going over all of the new promotions. I didn't know I would qualify for a business account but now I'm leaving with a brand new s20 ultra! Kay was very easy to work with and he surely went the extra mile to ensure satisfactory customer service. Will be returning for more services and will recommend family and friends to this store!
