Great Harvest Bakery Cafe

My wife and I ate lunch here on St. Patrick's Day. It was our first time at this location. The woman who helped us was very friendly and helpful as were those who brought our food to the table and cleared up. My wife ordered the Spicy Apple Bacon Grilled Cheese. She raved about it and said it was the best grilled cheese sandwich she could remember. I ordered the Baja Chipotle Turkey, which was also exceptionally good. We also purchased some items to go: cinnamon rolls, sugar cookies with green frosting and bran muffin toppers. My wife is very particular about cinnamon rolls. She prefers some raisins and pecans but still said they were delicious. They sure don't skimp on the frosting. I felt it was my duty to help her eat that. The sugar cookies were good, but I've been spoiled by our daughter who makes the best ones on the planet. As for the bran muffin toppers, they are rich, sweet, a bit chewy and just fabulous. I could eat a half one of those every morning for the rest of my life. I've added a photo of them.

I've liked everything I've purchased here. Number one favorite are the brownies. Spicy Apple Bacon sandwich is another favorite. Super nice staff, clean, plenty of seating.

My favorite turkey sandwich the Green Goddess! It is sooo good! Everything I have tried has been excellent! My kids are obsessed with the pumpkin chocolate chip bread. The cinnamon rolls are GIANT and amazing. BEST snickerdoodles! This is easily my favorite spot for a hearty, healthy, feel good meal!

The food is great, and the service is better! The people there are so nice and I can’t help but get a loaf or a scone whenever I pass by. The food is expensive but amazing quality and delicious. They also have a rewards system in case you come in often enough.

I've been visiting this bakery 2-3 times each week on my way to work and I love it! I've ordered breakfast online, picked up loaves of the yummiest bread, tried delicious scones, and best of all pumpkin rolls with real cream cheese filling!!! (Very disappointed with grocery store buttercream filling.) The cherry on the top of visiting this store is the friendliness of the staff. Plus, I love that it's owned by a veteran.

I loved visiting this location in American Fork. Each Great Harvest has individual owners and this one has unique touches. I loved the extra retail in the front lobby. Bread had just come out of the oven and it smelled delicious. I ordered a delicious breakfast sandwich and my kids twisted my arm to get the cinnamon pull apart bread. (Which was devoured immediately) along with their slices from the breadboard. The service was excellent. Loved this spot with great parking.

The grilled cheese sandwich with the jalapeno jelly and Granny Smith apples was absolutely delicious, flavorful and cooked to Perfection. The staff was super nice and helpful. Everything was and is very nicely and clean with a quiet chill atmosphere. Nice new Bakery in American Fork with a awesome restaurant background.

This place is amazing! The owners are so nice. They customized a veggie sandwich for us and met all our expectations. You should totally check this place out. Also a cool environment with ping pong table and comfortable to eat and hang out.

GREAT is right... everything is great about this place. The owners are so friendly and hands-on, the staff is happy and helpful and the food is magnificent! This is the best place in town for a quick snack or light meal! And be sure to grab some yummy things to take home too! High Five Fiber bread is my FAVORITE bread here and the treats are all amazing but the brownies are absolutely to die for!

Best whole wheat bread. A lot of other Great Harvest stores seem to burn their bread but this is location is always spot on! We go out of our way to stop here.

I had visions of sugar plums & Great Harvest Bread last night… so my husband brought me this morning for a breakfast date!

Great Harvest is the OG homemade bread company. I tried the honey whole wheat, white, and pumpkin chocolate chip bread and they all had delicious flavor and great texture. I also got the green goddess sandwich and it was delicious! Great customer service and a good vibe. They also give out free slices of their homemade bread!

This is my new favorite lunch spot! The restaurant is so clean and inviting. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My kids love the sandwiches and I can't get enough of the cobb salad! Their cinnamon rolls are probably the best I've ever had! We will be back often.

Love their bread!!! I went in tonight and Paige helped me pick a good looking honey whole wheat loaf and was so patient with me while I struggled to get Apple Pay to work. Great service and friendly too.

Wow!!! I can't believe how good the food is. I'm pretty obsessed with the chicken salad. The service is phenomenal; everyone is so friendly here! The prices are great too! This is hands down my favorite place for breakfast and lunch!

We stopped in for some sandwiches. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious. Our kids sampled the cookies.

Super friendly employees. Great selection on sandwiches and good price. Its right next to Starbucks and they do have better food than the bucks.
