AT&T Store

The managers employees all called in sick. And he helped me and other people with no effort. He was amazing and don’t forget about his raise.

I wouldn’t think a visit to a phone store could be remotely enjoyable but Jordan and Jaxson are both absolute saints - so genuine and helpful. They got me a really good deal in my plan and I can’t recommend them enough!

I was really taken back by the service I received by Eddy and his team!
The time he took in order to help me with my issue that I had with my trade-ins were above, and beyond what you would expect from any AT&T store.

When I went in to upgrade my phone they were very helpful. They got me a new iphone 14 really cheap. They were very helpful and I will always go back for any phone issues.

I never comment if it's not good, but I wouldn't want my family to go over that experience, the tall dude was generally rude and dismissive. The other two employees were friendly, but the experience was ruined by the tall guy's behavior.

Wow! Julian and Liz are amazing!!! Julian may be THE GOAT. Unbelievably helpful and caring. The energy in the store was amazing. I wanted to just stay there. Great job! MJ and Scottie Pippen in there for sure.

Came in for help setting up my new phone and getting data transferred. They were really nice and were happy to help.

My husband and I came in not looking forward to all that making changes to our plan would entail. We needed to remove ourselves from family plans and create a new plan together.

We worked with T and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING to work with. Her calm, patient and kind demeanor (despite us being frustrated AND having many customers to wait on at the same time as us) calmed us down and made us feel SO comfortable. She knows her stuff and was able to answer all of our questions very clearly! She took us through the process and it was flawless. She was kind to ask all the questions that would ensure we got the best deal possible. As if all this wasn’t enough, she stayed PAST closing to make sure we got everything taken care of.

I haven’t received service this amazing since I don’t know when. T, we appreciate your help so much. AT&T, we hope you are showing your love and appreciation for your employees. They are making you proud!

Came into the store to upgrade my phone. Riley was a huge help with getting the phone set up and running

Son needed a new phone, cause his screen was messed up. It went bad the day before. Only one rep in the store and he was helping another customer, so we had to wait. Rep went through options for my son, and since he had not backed up his phone to the cloud, getting a new phone wouldn't work since he would not be able to transfer his stuff off of his broken one. Rep suggested my son getting the phone fixed instead. It was able to be fixed the same day, perfectly! Rep also was able to help me with my phone plan, showing considerable savings with my discounts.

AT&T has best service and great employees at this location any experience was so great that i would recommend this location to my friends

Kurtis the manager is a wizard with phones!!! He helped me fix my new phone and got me logged into all my accounts I was locked out of. Such a wonderful young gentleman. Hes the new manager and this store is now my favorite!! 💯💯💯

The guys there are always knowledgeable and very helpful. I went in looking for a "first phone" for my kids a little while ago and they walked me through the options they had to choose the best fit. They've got a decent selection of cases and accessories for the newer phones.

What a great smooth experience switching over to AT&T. Rob and Nate were so professional and helpful. Very knowledgeable and courteous. We were in and out of the store in lass than 35 - 45 minutes. The store was very clean and well stocked.
We left very, very happy !!!!
