Amazing service from Shadow. She was super polite and took care of my every need and even the things I didn’t know I needed. Awesome experience.

I needed to go into the store today to get some help finishing up my phone and account setup that I purchased over the phone last week! The service was top tier! The associates were friendly and efficient and able to get in contact with customer support to get my issue figured out! They even pulled up the T mobile map to show me the network in my area and informed of me of the newly built T mobile tower here in town! The new store is beautifully designed and my phone service so far has been spectacular! This is going to be a wonderful addition to the Newton community and provide us with more options for internet other than cox. You can’t beat $50/month for internet! Go check them out!!

I am so disappointed in the service and the get back response time. Tony was GREAT DAY 1. BUT AFTER THAT. NO SO MUCH.
IVE NEVER RECIEVED A PORTION OF THE DEAL They Made WITH ME I GOT 200 GIFT CARD THAT DOES NOT WORK NOT EVEN TO PAY A BILL AT TMOBILE. THATS BEEN THREE MONTHES THAT HASNT BEEN FIXED. ONE LINE DOESNT GET ANY YOUTUBE OR GOOGLE SPENT TWO HOURS THERE AND NOONE COULD EVEN MAKE A CALL OR ANYTHING TO Technical SUPPORT AND THE LINE STILL HAS NO INTERNET OR EMAIL THAT EVEN SHOWS.. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO CALL MONDAY HERE WE ARE ANOTHER WEEK LATER.. THEN WHEN I SAID IN STORE I GUESS ILL HAVE TO LEAVE TMOBILE IVAN DECIDED RUDE SACRSM WAS THE RIGHT APPROACH HE ** OKAY WELL Bye THEN*
HUGE MISTAKE CHOOSING TMOBILE. WORSE THAN VERIZON..
Uodate- have called local store weekly over them not redeeming 200$ they owe me! Manager said she would call me back today just like the last four times . Its been since Sept 13th. THEY ARE THE BARE MINIMUM AND DONT GIVE A RATS AZZ ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS!!
