Cadi is amazing, been in the store 4-5 times and she is nothing but smiles and happiness, she is the kind of person who deserves a corporate position in customer service, it could only make cricket better and it's already pretty damm good.

Switch to Cricket today from Straight talk. Cadi was great! Extremely helpful in my transfer process. Even though Straight Talk weren't too helpful on their end. She made sure everything got done on top of making sure the other customers were helped. Great job Cadi!

I just changed from metro to cricket. The best decision I made since I left my ex lol. Way better coverage. I bought a better phone than what was with the switch over package, also screen protector, a heavy duty case , and ear buds. Everything works great. I'm very happy I switched thank you Cadi and Ace y'all have a very happy customer here!

I've been with cricket for a few years never lose signal here in Florida and when I travel it if state I almost always have a signal unless I'm in certain spots in the mountains were nobody is getting a signal. There service at the zephyrhills Gall BLVD. Location is excellent Will is always such a big help. He's an excellent worker i like working with Will when I go into the store because he's always do helpful and curious and always solves any problems I may have. Very honest and helpful. Great customer service. I was treated with respect. I came in after hours to get new service and they did not turn me away. I was lucky. I am very impressed and will recommend them. I was previously with MetroPCS and the service with them was ok. However, I want to go with a network that was more stable and reliable. Cricket uses the AT&T network and I could'nt be any more happier. Their network is awesome.
