Wonderful place. Went there only knowing I wanted to color my hair, workers were very helpful and recommended exactly what I needed, even recommended best hair mask and after treatment. I use semi permanent dye and always go there when my hair color fades out.

The hair color that I have used for many years was discontinued. The man that helped me patiently explained my options and helped me select the products that were right for me. I am very impressed with the level of service at this store and I know I will shop here again in the future.

I found the personal to be honest and very helpful with all the questions that I had. I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase. Took the time to try and find a solution to my problem.

High praise and big kudos for Olivia (adorable blue-haired girl) who words at the Thousand Oaks store on Moorpark Road. I asked her how she colored her hair...told her I wanted some teal to show at the bottom of my hair. She showed me the products to buy, then said to talk to her before I left and she would tell me exactly how to get the results I wanted...which she did...and which I did! Friends are surprised when I tell them I did it myself...I tell them Olivia and I did it!

We've had excellent customer service each time we have visited. The Google maps gives us wrong directions. Just go up another stoplight.
