Typical harbor freight. If you've seen one, you've pretty much seen them all. The thing that made this a 5 star was the staff, very friendly, helpful, and attentive.

Harbor freight has stepped up their game, I really wish they were still like the old days. I miss the 20% coupon. But the product is ok almost like the new Craftsman.

I have been waiting for the 20-ton shop press to go on sale. When I saw that it was $50 off, I stopped at the Xenia store to get one. I first spoke with the cashier, Pharren, she was friendly and quick to get things started. I know that Harbor Freight has more than one SKU# for this product and, I wanted the bolt together frame (SKU# 60603) not the welded frame (SKU# 32879). A store supervisor, Ryan, overheard my conversation with Pharren and knew from memory that the store had two 20-ton shop presses in stock and one of each SKU#. It seems that when I shop at other stores and need this level of help, I get blank stares and told, "I don't know." When it comes to Harbor Freight and especially in this case, I was met with friendly helpful customer service. Thank you Pharren and Ryan!

They aren't lying when they say cheap. Do you need an 8amp angle grinder but only have 30 dollars? This is the place. Packs of screw drivers for 5 bucks, table saws for a few hundred, shop vacs for 60, and basically everything else under the sun for impossibly low prices. Customer service is great, returns are easy, shop is clean. Would 100% recommend going here for tools and equipment.

Great like always, but place was empty.... Unlike in Colo Spgs guess there's a few more out of his way.. Had what in needed, and went cause I thought they had a coupon, nope mgt said, my reply, of all times of the year.
Still got what I needed, for pennies on the dollar.

They send too many adds . But purchased a returned Predator 3500 generator I have running on Propane and natural gas. It was $270.00 off three day retune policy so checked everything out and runs fine.

Good to finally have a Harbor Freight in the Xenia area. They just opened and on my initial visit, an associate helped me find the products I needed and let me know when to expect some items that were not stocked yet.

Went for a specific item which they had. The sales associates were very attentive and if you looked "lost" they were very helpful. Talked to manager Maggie and she was helpful with some valuable information. I'll be going back there.

Whether your trying to fix your car or home repairs, etc they got everything you need at the right price!!! Plus the store is clean, organized, the staff is friendly and very helpful! Plus if you forget your coupon they got extras for you!!

It is a harbor freight store near a rual king that is win win you can do a lot of shopping in one plaza. I have noticed HF getting more into the good tool club as opposed to junk they used to offer which is all well and good but I go there to 50 sheets of terrible sand paper for $0.99 or some other worthless stuff I don't need.

Organized, clean, and friendly staff makes you want to stay a while to shop their well stocked isles.

The store is clean and we'll stocked. It's a place I like to just go and see what they have. I find myself finding stuff that is considerably cheaper (price not quality) than most other places. The only gripe I have is that you rarely find these places anywhere near urban and suburban settings. There is a need for most on the inventory within the more populated areas too.

I lost my airpod while there, and they found it, cleaned it, and called me. Not real airpods $20 on Amazon but Harbor Freight saved me 20 today. Thanx man

Clean and well organized store. Employees are courteous and try to be very helpful. We were there mid-afternoon during a quiet period before things got busy, therefore we were able to find what we needed quickly.

Went to 2 stores looking for the 8 drawer wooden tool chest. Dayton mall store didn't have it, but checked the computer system and said Xenia had 2 in stock. Called the Xenia store and cashier was absolutely clueless. Told me 2x they didn't have any in stock. After telling her Dayton mall said they did, she checked a 3rd time and what do you know, they had 2. Went to Xenia and picked it up. Got home, opened box, and the wood was cracked. Returned it and the 2nd one was chipped and the wood separating. Luckily I had the manager check the 2nd one before I even headed back to exchange item. Ended up getting 20% off before I left the store. Management at Xenia store had great customer service skills, but the young lady cashier, was like a robot. Programmed to run the register (no more, no less) and never showed a hint of a personality. Dazed and confused. After everything was said and done, I'm pleased with my purchase. Was even thinking about buying another.

Just went to the new store in Xeina. It's even better than browsing their catalog - especially if you're into tools! Even my wife enjoyed going through the aisles. We'll be back again.

They are good about returning stuff that I changed my mind on or if a tool breaks. But it rarely happens
