Marvin did a great job of setting up my new phone and getting my bill to a lower price point, highly recommend this store to anyone looking for new service if your other provider is hiking bills up or you need better coverage.

New manager Steven is awesome! Made sure my bill was right and explained my phone to me. Sold me the coolest looking popsocket ever!

The manager, Ivory, and Luke who assisted her, were extremely helpful answering my many questions about switching from my current carrier to T-Mobile. Luke wrote down all the details so that I could take them to my wife for further discussion. I had hoped to cut through all the advertising fine print and find out what my future bill would be, and what the features of the various plans were. Ivory and Luke gave me everything I needed to know, and were a pleasure to talk with. I expect to sign up with T-Mobile.

Superb service from Lawrence and Michaela!!! You guys rock! Thank you for going over and above to take care of your customer! I was there to translate and they both are so helpful and took care of the issue at the store. I was prepared to stay there for hours and ready for "never give up, never surrender." LOL! But then they took care of it in such a short time, over the phone with the customer and explained everything that went on for two months! They just did all that while offering for a chair or water for us. I've never been to any store being treated like "this nice!"

I went to T-Mobile to find a way to have internet access while working my insurance business. I had gone to Verizon and AT&T but both wanted my cellphone business in order to give me a hot spot for my business. I was not looking to move my cellphone business, I just needed internet to sign folks up for their insurance while in their home.
The young lady at T-Mobile was able to make this happen. She suggested their home internet service that is capable of going anywhere I go as long as I am in a service area. This will drastically reduce the time it would take filling out paper applications for insurance. The best part is, I get a 15 day trial period to see if I like it. After that it's only $50/month with auto pay. Thanks T-Mobile for meeting my business needs!

The manager was amazing! Went in to set up 2 new phones for family and he explained everything, did most of it for me! Very happy!!!

I am writing my review based on the customer service only. I had to stop in and take care of an old account issue from several years ago and the folks here at the Xenia sprint store were amazing! Super nice folks and wonderful to work with. They helped me with my old account issues and were all a pleasure. Thank you!!!

I went in at close on May 11, 2018 not realizing they were closing. My iPhone screen went blank and I could not get it to light back up. Knowing they probably couldn’t do anything, I still wanted to see. Also to be sure I had insurance on my phone so I could get it fixed the next day. The store manager Alex Conyers, was so extremely nice, he looked at my account to verify a few things. But then went above and beyond and looked up some trouble shooting techniques and was able to get my phone working again! I am so extremely grateful! He didn’t have to let me in, he could have said sorry I am closed. But he didn’t! He is a great example of how customer service should be! Thanks again Alex!

Good location service, but the technical support off site took a long time to get new phone activated. They kept transferring the associate to a different person and starting over again.

Had some issues months ago but I came in recently and the staff that is there now is very helpful and friendly. It's nice to see sprint getting it's stuff together. I expect good things in the future.
