Metro by T-Mobile

Added another line to my service at this location. Harry helped me out over the phone first making it that much easier when in store. He was courteous and knowledgeable throughout the process. Finally moved my last line over from boost. Longest part of the process of course was the wait on boost as expected. Glad to be rid of that ball and chain. Good job Metro on building a better wheel and continue having excellent customer service provided by great guys such as Harry.

Although I did have initial issues with my plan at start up, the owner of the store personally reached out to me and made damn sure to rectify the mistake and went above and beyond to make sure that my every issue was reconciled and addressed. This was the initial experience I had with metro by Tmobile (which was a good one)

People work here are awesome 😎. Best customer service ever. They helped me get home internet and a 5G phone. Switched from straight talk and happy with Metro services.

Great service and staff addresses all my concerns. They also helped transfer my stuff from old phone. Better store than Arnold.
