I stopped in to drop off a package. Mission completed in under 30 secs, that's a win!
"Kayla" was working, I asked her about the printing options they offer there. She was able to answer all my questions & gave me a brochure with the printer solutions. Great experience with UPS today.

be careful of this location. i have been to this store twice (never to return again) to ship some packages. the guy that works there during the morning, afternoon rounds up your package to the nearest pound. I realize that this maybe a normal thing when shipping a package, but on my second trip it was rounded up 1.5lbs. i called him on it, and he informed me that it was policy. 1.5lb round up?????? no thanks. just ship priority mail flat rate through the USPS.

Understaffed, long lines, couldn’t print anything in color for some reason.

I wish I can give this location zero starts. This white woman with long hair ( I forgot to ask for her name) was very RUDE and IMPOLITE. I went to this location to drop a document, and they lost it. She did not want to double check if it was there. Very unprofessional. NEVER GO THERE EVER. STAY AWAY FROM PLACE.

Would be great if they didn’t have a nice big and bright OPEN sign shining and on... when they are closed. 🙄

Walked in the store to ask of I could drop off a package. When I walked in there were three employees all leaning against counters just standing around. I was not greeted, so I said "excuse me can I drop this package off here?" The one male employee (young kid, maybe 18 or so) doesn't even look at me and replies, " as long as you don't need a receipt you can" ...... Not knowing WHERE they want the package, I ask "okay, where do you want it?" .... Without looking up from his phone he replies "just put it over there on the scale" .... First impression of this store is not good. The two young ladies working didn't acknowledge me either... Friendly tip from someone whose spent the last 15 years in customer service, welcome each person who walks through your door with a smile. If you're busy at the moment, simply state you'll be with them in a moment. It's that simple.
