Cashier Victoria is so professional and her costumer service is great!

I want to record my appreciation for the staff of CVS at Second St in Brentwood. I was there for my Covid vaccine yesterday. I came across quite a few staff who went out of their way to be helpful. At checkout was Kim. As a greeter was Lynn. Very sweet person at the pharmacy. To top it all, I had a superb experience at the vaccination site. Both the women there weee exemplary in their work, had very positive body language and were very clear in their explanations of the workings of the vaccine!!!! 👌👌👌

Great customers, been going to CVS for years. Pharmacy, all are great and helpful. Staff in the store are always willing to help me with a smile.

Always get good customer service they know me by name.

Hardly any Shoppers. Quick service. Problem that they do not provide ride on carts for the handicapped and sometimes I have to leave without my purchase because I cannot get to what I need and make it back to my car.

This is not Jessie Davis, it is Nancy Davis. I am HIGHLY ANGERED that I have called this store THREE TIMES and cannot be connected to a living person to answer a simple question. In the time I've been trying to speak to someone I could have driven there and back home! Please answer the phone or give an option to speak to someone on your recording. Just for the record I love the pharmacy staff. Always kind and helpful. Please revamp your recorded messages. People don't always call just for the pharmacy.

Customer service is average, not the best. However, it is CVS and you can find inexpensive cosmetic products and more.

Staff was rude... mumbling under his mask then irritated at me for me saying, “excuse me”. Maybe he was just having a bad day.. I’d give 1 star but they had the over the counter meds I was seeking.
