This is my first time work with Elite. Alex found and fixed the issue in my furnace very professionally. Alex is very knowledgeable and also very nice. Now I understand why Elite has very good review from 480+ customers. I highly recommend Elite and Alex for furnace and air conditioner works.

This was the 1st time I used Elite Comfort Systems. My 30+ year old heater stopped working on Tuesday morning. I called Elite Systems at about 9:20am and talked to Deanna. She asked me several questions about the heater. She said someone would call and schedule a time for a technician to arrive. About 15 minutes later Josh called and said a tech would arrive between 10am and noon. Alex, the tech, arrived at 11am. Alex ran a few tests on the system and determined that the circuit board would need to be replaced. He made a few calls and said that he could have a circuit board the next day. He said he would be back between noon and 2pm on Wednesday. I said that would be fine. The next day Alex called about 11:10am, he was on his way with the new circuit board. He arrived at 11:30am. He installed the new board, ran several tests and everything worked like a charm. I had heat in the house again. I was happy and so was the dog. Everyone that I talked to at Elite Comfort Systems was very courteous. I was surprised and pleased at how quickly I got service and how quickly the problem was resolved. Alex was very nice. He answered all my questions. I made arrangements for Elite Comfort Systems to do maintenance on the heater and ac unit twice a year. I think I will be very happy with that decision.

Great experience with this company. Easy to set up an appointment online and then to confirm over the phone. The technician kept me informed on his arrival time and was thorough and efficient with the work. I'm looking forward to using this place for future work because of how easy and open this process was.

We had our first contact with Elite when the estimator came to our house.He was very personable but even more impressive was his depth of knowledge on HVAC systems. We had multiple estimates at a range of prices and only this young man was detailed and confident of his estimate. After reviewing the completed written estimate, the price, and the timeline we signed a contract. The installation crew of three were friendly, efficient, and dependable. This is a complex task that went down without a hitch. We contacted the City of Oakley and secured a permit. There were multiple steps to get through the permit process and with the help from Elite, we were signed off and finished soon after the installation. We are very satisfied with the new system and thankful we chose Elite.

Today was our six month check up on our heating and air system and elite came out today and checked everything out. Robert was so courteous and considerate they did a great job. I would recommend them highly.

This was my first time using Elite HVAC. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs. Alex came out to discuss our options he ws professional, courteous and worked with us to discuss our needs. They got to work right away. Logan, Ozzy (Osvaldo) and Justin were fantastic. They installed our new Goodman furnace and A/C with care and answered all of our questions and took time to explain what they were doing along the way. They did a great job!!!

Elite is absolutely wonderful. Nathan is soooo quick to respond and schedule. I sent him a text at 830 am and less then 5 minutes later he was texting me back saying he could have a tech at my house within an hour. Logan and Robert are extremely respectful of my home and answer questions with ease and are top notch guys. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences every time from my install of my entire system to check ups and service. Thank you for being amazing!

We just had our new AC and furnace installed by Elite Comfort. Alex, Osvaldo, and Douglas were friendly and professional. They answered our questions and completed the job in a timely manner. We look forward to lower utility bills.

The service was great. Alex cam out an found the problem right away. He gave us a couple options to resolve our issue. Once we decide he fixed the problem fast and was very helpful in explaining how to use the new thermostat

Alex called before arriving confirming that an early arrival was good with me. He was professional, courteous and let me know everything he did. Before leaving he asked if I needed anything else done. It was a 5 star service!

Very professional, courteous, and responsive. They actually answered my call when I called, which most AC repair servicers seem to struggle with, and were very accommodating with scheduling. The technician fixed the issue with our furnace quickly and walked us through what happened thoroughly so we can identify the issue in the future. Overall, I'm super pleased and would gladly utilize their service again.

Our technician Alex was very knowledgeable and thorough. He kept us advised about what steps he was taking for our heating system maintenance and what we could expect. I needed HVAC maintenance quickly for my home in Antioch. I work out of town and don’t have a lot of time that I’m not in a meeting or on the phone. I tried 3 other HVAC companies without getting response to my inquiry. With Elite, I scheduled online, there was availability the next day and they handled everything virtually with great professionalism. It was so easy for me and they took great care of the system. The technician, Alex, kept me informed and did outstanding and thorough work! 100% recommend!!

Alex was extraordinarily professional and very thorough. He showed me pictures and discussed what he did. He also helped us with our Nest thermostat and left written instructions and his phone number if we had any problems. I really can’t say enough positives about Alexander.

I called to get my AC checked as it was leaking in the garage. Elite systems (Logan) arrived in less than 24 hours... which positively surprised me as the outside temperature had been "hot" for the last week. Logan arrived, on-time, as scheduled. Logan quickly assessed the situation and thought he knew what the problem was (clogged overflow drain). Logan was right, he had the system cleaned out and back up in running in no time!!
I then asked Logan to assess my overall Air/Heating system... which he did, including attic access. Logan walked me through every step of the assessment (why he thought the clogged drain was the problem), the solution and the resolution. Regarding the overall system assessment, Logan walked me through multiple potential options/solutions and prepared an estimate for the work... again, walking me through the recommendation. The written estimate was then provided as promised. Very happy with Elite Comfort Systems and especially the professionalism of Logan.

I cannot say enough good things about Elite Comfort Systems!! Our AC stopped working again and the Tech from Elite Comfort was able to come out the same day and finally fix the issue. Our system is only about 5 yrs old and it stopped working twice before with no clear answers from other AC companies as to why.

I called Elite Comfort Systems because both our air conditioning units were not working. The technician Elite sent to diagnose the problem was Robert. He found that one of the air conditioners was receiving no power because the power switch had been turned off by PG&E when they changed the Smart Meter device and subsequently never turned back on again. The other air conditioner had a defunct compressor and required a new air conditioning unit. It was decided to also change the furnace too since both the furnace and air conditioner were some 20 years old. Various options for the furnace and air conditioner along with the respective costs were presented by Robert. It was clear that Robert was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable and customer oriented. Any questions I asked Robert were all answered by him in a way that was clear and understandable to me. An estimate showing the scope of work and cost was created by Robert. The new furnace and air conditioner ordered and the job scheduled.

The removal of the old furnace and air conditioner and installation of the new furnace and air conditioner was handled by the Elite Comfort Systems team of Ozzy, Douglas and Henry. I cannot commend them enough for their care and protection of the flooring and carpeting, the pride they took in doing their work and updates to me throughout the entire job. I found Ozzy, Douglas and Henry to be very friendly and personable. Given the furnace resides in the attic area I had some questions regarding removal of the old furnace as well as the installation of the new furnace. Additionally, I was also questioning the pipework connections to the outside air conditioning unit and refrigerant exchange procedure. I addressed my many questions to Ozzy, who was very personable, knowledgeable and customer oriented. He took the time to answer my questions and his explanations were very clear and understandable to me. When it was time to fire up the new furnace Ozzy alerted me to the fact that sometimes the initial oils burning off may trigger the fire alarms to go off and/or may experience an odor. At the completion of the installation he showed me photographs of the newly installed furnace and the new feature code and safety upgrades installed together with photographs of the newly installed air conditioner. It was evident in my discussions with Ozzy that he takes considerable pride in his work, pays attention to detail, strives to do an excellent job and is interested in providing total customer satisfaction with the job.

In this day and age it was so nice to have a job go so perfect from start to finish. The job went without a hitch or problem. I would have no hesitation in using Elite Comfort Systems again as well as the services of the technicians Robert, Ozzy, Douglas and Henry for any future work relating to any heating and air conditioning services.

They did a great job. Needed duct work repair and replacement and was very happy with the job they did and cleaned up after themselves . Would definitely recommend this company.
