Great selection. Boca Raton location. Sales people were very helpful but not the least bit pushy. Deborah helped me and made it a breeze. I was able to get everything I needed in trip.

I just worked with Tony at the Boca Raton store to help furnish a new apartment. He was fantastic and after speaking briefly, with what we were looking for he was able to quickly identify pieces that were both reasonably affordable as well as tasteful. Highly recommend without exception.

Robert was fantastic to work with! No pressure, no hard sell, he was very personable and so helpful! Helped us find a sectional that would fit in our townhouse, that we just moved into and found out the hard way that our sectional couldn’t fit up the stairs to get into the living room! Purchased the insurance and expected problems with getting my furniture repaired however they honored the contract and gave us full purchase price to replace our sofa/loveseat.
We were so relieved to have an experienced salesperson Debra help us select our new set and chose a delivery date and we were done within the hour!

I recently purchased a mattress from Rooms to Go. I had the pleasure of having Ray help me find the perfect one. He was absolutely amazing and so helpful. He took his time helping me to find the right one. He was also super sweet and not pushy and made sure that I loved my purchase. The next purchase I make I will be asking for Ray. Make sure when you go you ask for him too!

Great showroom with plenty of options and awesome customer service. The minute we walked in, Elaine was ready to help. She stayed around in case we needed anything but was not at all pushy, and gave us our space to look around without hovering too much. We ended up purchasing a leather sectional and chair, both at a very fair price. The warranty options were generous, and they give you free leather care for life! We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and easy the experience was!

We had a great experience with Don!!!! We were looking for mattresses , he was very friendly and knowledgeable,. No pressure at all. He helped us figure out exactly what we needed and we are opposite soft and hard sleepers, we added an electric base which we never even thought we needed until we experienced how much better the mattresses felt with it. Don made it a breeze we were in and out in less than an hour, we will definitely be back and we are referring him and rooms to Go Very happy customers! Thank you again Don

We came to Rooms To Go to find a new mattress. We normally shop online, but when you’re buying a mattress you really have to try before you buy.

Elaine helped us and was very kind and patient as we walked around the store to try every mattress available until we found the perfect fit.

The best part? You can try it for 30 days and if you’re not completely comfortable, you can exchange it.

Elaine also showed us an adjustable base to complement our new mattress, which we bought, too. It’s the sort of feature you don’t realize you need until you try it!

We are very happy with our experience working with Elaine at Rooms To Go and highly recommend stopping in if you’re looking for a new mattress or furniture for your home.

We visited this location this past weekend in search of a king bedroom set and a new king mattress. We stopped in on Saturday and were immediately greeted by Denise. We told her what we wanted and she guided us accordingly. She is very knowledgeable and was great to work with. She walked all over the store with us, but not in an annoying way, she is awesome and seriously knows her stuff. Her selling style is great!!! Not annoying and not pushy at all. We ended up spending about 2-3 hours there and leaving without buying that day. She was very understanding and told us to take our time to decide between the two sets we had narrowed it down to.
We went back to see her the next day. She was fast and efficient on the transaction and was able to get our furniture delivered on a day and time that worked perfectly for us. Thank you Denise for all your help! We have received part of our order and we are still waiting on the rest but we love it so far!!! If you need a new set, mattress or even any accessories I would recommend that you ask for Denise!!!
