AT&T Store

As soon as I entered, I was greeted and was promptly assisted with all my concerns and needs. Went above and beyond the assistance. I would recommend this particular store to everybody. Thankyou for a great experience

Staff members at AT&T welcomed and helped me right away, they were very patient and understanding. They took the time to explain or answer every question I had even if it was a repeat question. I was in and out within an 30 minutes to an hour. I loved the costumer service that was provided and would recommend to others.

I accompanied my son today to the Topeka Blvd AT&T store as he updated his current phone and activated a phone for his youngest daughter. We were immediately, cheerfully greeted as we entered the store. The employee? manager? (Kelsey) was attentive and inquisitive about our needs, responsive to those needs, and effective in successfully guiding us through the process of attaining my son's immediate goals (updating and activating new phones).
Kelsey made us feel like we were important clients whom she took joy in helping.
Prompt, knowledgeable, effective, friendly service is what she offered us. We were happy, satisfied customers when we left.
Kelsey's a keeper.

I don’t know the name of the woman that helped me, but she was amazing. I was having high levels of anxiety, it transferring all of my data. I am a dinosaur when it comes to technology and she made the entire process survivable I really was difficult for me. I know that sounds dramatic, but I’m old school and so I truly feel you need a value her as an employee. She really was there for me and made the entire process. Great I got my new phone going I’ve logged into everything and I am 5G.

The person we worked with was so helpful and set us up with a new pink iPhone 13 which is exactly what I wanted! She was so great and got us in and out in less than an hour. Overall 10/10 experience

We had the pleasure of working with Samantha. She was very helpful in giving us options on different phones. It was honestly like we were talking to a friend while waiting for our service to be changed over from our previous carrier. AT&T has always provided World Class Customer Service. I highly recommend anyone whose in the market for a cellphone, or a new cell carrier to check this place out. The other people there were just as friendly as Samantha. They'll take care of you. Tell Samantha that Cindy & Bill told you to say thanks. Buying a new cellphone is fun. Waiting to get everything switched over takes a little time, but having a great Sales/Service Representative makes the time fly. It's also worth noting that the coverage in Kansas is best with AT&T. They cover rural areas and big cities. Our phones came with a fast charging cord and block. Happy shopping y'all! You won't be disappointed!! :)

I had a great experience with Jordan. He is a stand up guy and I appreciated his positive demeanor. I got a good deal on a phone and watch from him!

I was with Verizon until I went into the store on 21st and Belle with my 11 year old. The Verizon representative said "Get the F-bomb out of my store" that's when I decided to come to AT&T.
Adrienne was instrumental in switching every over.. I'm staying with AT&T. They treat you like a friends. I like that.💙

I have had awful service AND experiences with multiple carriers in Topeka the past 10+ years. Today I went in to get a phone plan with AT&T and was greeted by a very personable young lady named Rae McBride. After a short time waiting, George Thomas greeted me and promptly started helping me. I laid out my situation to him and he gave me all of the options I had to choose from. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about not only the company and plans, but also the devices. I would absolutely recommend everyone I know to switch to AT&T, but to specifically go to the Topeka Blvd store. I have never in my life had such great customer service. 10/10. Thank you so much!
