The framing people are outstanding! Respectful and careful with my artwork. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted but they knew better and I'm happier than I thought it would be! I also learned a lot about different kinds of frames. Overall I wonderful experience!

Great location. They are always very well stocked on painting supplies. Also, their mailing list has improved where it sends you occasional e-mails, but not excessively as they used to.

Issa arts store alright, wish the scale model section was a bit more well furnished but I can't expect every craft joint to cater to my increasingly niche hobby

This is a great Michaels. Clean and spacious. It’s also in a wonderful area surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants.

They were completely out of stock of the brand of yarn I wanted, but it's okay, I figured they were just waiting on a shipment or something. Good service though.

This store is awesome because their is actually pleasant helpful staff than can show you where stuff is? What a pleasant surprise. Usually these types of stores are like walking into the grand canyon alone and just wandering aimlessly around 🙄 😒 looking for help. Thank you staff yeah you. Prices were also reasonable.

On this particular day Michael's was a lifesaver as I was able to find exactly what I needed to finish my Christmas projects and have them be wrapped exactly the way I wanted them. I also found they have a large selection of baking items, specialty baking items like flavorings Etc. Michaels is a store that has more in it than you expected to have it's also very clean and the staff are very friendly.

Went to Michael's for their Black Friday deal on yarn - B2G1F. Had abundance of yarn and a good variety of colors.. Also bought a set of crochet hooks. Staff friendly and helpful. I enjoy shopping here for projects.

This store is absolutely AMAZING!!!! Everything I need is a one stop shop. The coupons are awesome and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. My favorite store! If I could give 10 ⭐ stars I would!

Nice selection of items and they really have some great sales. Needed a large shadow box for a surprise project I was doing for my daughter. They had an awesome sale of buy one get one free. I was thrilled at the money I saved and could do another project for my daughter with the extra one I got.

The service was great. My six-year old wanted to do a crafts project and this was his first time asking a sales associate where something was. The Associate helped us get all the items needed for the craft project and my son got a big confidence boost!

This location is good. Things are organized and clearly priced. They separate the paints out in an unusual way (imo). The craft paints and fine art paints aren't together which makes bouncing back and forth betwenn different areas, as I'm getting supplies, a little bit of a pain but not a huge deal. Staff is always friendly and helpful. This store seems bigger than the Camillus location.

Always a pleasure to shop there, the store is bright and clean, aisles are easily accessible. Employees are eager to assist without crowding, items are reasonably priced. I love this store.

Had everything I needed! Plus they had this really cool 1960 Chevy pick up truck that had a bonus go kart to build with my son :). Great staff, friendly and not in your face the whole time. 👍

Lots of great stuff here. I had a great time looking through the store. Got everything I needed and more. Beautiful inside and had lots of great sales as well. Cashier was very nice and helpful.

I had not been here in a long time! Needed some Christmasy items for my collectible bears that I create. They had JUST WHAT I NEEDED!! Not only that, I checked out the bead supplies....superb!

This is my favorite craft location. The staff is the most courteous, the variety usually surpasses other stores, and they usually have the best prices on soap making supplies, which is my hobby of choice. They have the kids lessons and staff is also often willing to explain crafts to you. It's always pleasant here.
