Hailey is AMAZING and VERY helpful! She definitely knows what she is doing! Helped me find acrylic supplies fast and efficiently. If anyone is going to get supplies at 18 mile store in Sterling Heights? Ask for Hailey! She’s amazing! Everyone who works there is knowledgeable and friendly. The rude blonde lady previously mentioned in reviews is gone now and this store is SO much better! New staff are so kind and helpful! 6 months ago I would have said to go somewhere else, but now they're the best.

I was hesitant to visit the store with the previous reviews but there is NEW management and staff is so incredibly friendly! I needed to pick some things up last minute and this store was the closest location to me. The staff was so helpful. I highly recommend this store and will be going back!

I am in the military and needed to find a good pair of clippers since I have to keep my hair trimmed often. I walked in and was helped right away. They knew exactly what I needed and were great. I recommend this location, they know their stuff.
