Yesterday I went to AT&T to get a new phone. A young man was waiting on a gentleman he greeted me when I came in. this young man didn't skip a beat he was multitasking answering the phone and setting up phones, all with a smile on his face. There were multiple people in the store and not one person left the store without their issue resolved. NICK thank you for your knowledge and kindness.

We purchased new phones and tablets. We were led to believe that AT&T's service would be better than Verizon's service. Come to find out, it's not.
