Capital One Café

What a great idea by capital one! This cafe is gorgeous and is in the middle of Brickell which is perfect. You literally can check on your accounts or open an account while having coffee which great views and free wifi. Obviously the best part involves the 50% discount to capital one members. I used my venture x no problem
Staff is great..hours of operation are standard. The cafe is super clean. Not much more you could ask for. Would highly recommend

Excellent coffee, if you have a Capital One card they’ll give you a 50% discount. I enjoyed a cafe au lait on the patio. Their caramel drinks are great if you’re after something sweet.

They were super nice and helpful and remade our coffee because the first one was a bit too sweet… super nice of the lady!

Also the new coffee is sooo much better than Peet’s coffee.

We had breakfast there and it was a great experience. The iced chai latte was amazing, really delicious and the bagel sandwich was perfect. The staff was super friendly and the AC was nice (it was such a hot day 🥵).

As a Capital one card holder I felt welcomed here and loved the space with various seating arrangements and café options. Emily was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful while walking me through the account creation process for 360 performance account. Highly recommend!

AMAZING SPACE!!!! I will never plug in at Starbucks again if there's a Capital One Cafe near!!! Plenty of space, plugs, and areas to sit down and get some work done. The ambassadors are so welcoming and friendly. They host free events for local non profit sind community partners. They are changing the game and I love it!!!

Good coffee. good place to work or study

I have visited multiple times when I'm walking around Brickell since I have the Capital One card. Everytime is always a great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. Drinks are delicious. I really enjoy their matcha tea and seasonal cold brews. If you have a Capital One card, you get a discount on drink purchases.

The place is clean with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Another plus is that they are pet friendly. They gave us a water bowl for our puppy.

Great customer service! Only thing left to say: what's in you wallet? ;)

Great place to meet or work. Has private spaces and open spaces. Plus enjoy coffee, matchas or like in my case I always get kombucha on tap.

I recently visited the Capital One Café in Miami and was thoroughly impressed by this unique blend of banking and coffee. The friendly staff, excellent coffee, and cozy atmosphere make it a perfect spot to relax or catch up on work. With its prime location, delicious food options, and comfortable seating, I highly recommend stopping by this innovative café for a truly enjoyable experience.

Love the 1/2 price coffee for Card Holders, havana coffee is super good

(disclaimer I never met this fellow prior to Feb 9th). Went into store with a major issue which I am sadly used to with Capital One credit Cards. A worker named Anthony was superb into taking a very stressful situation and guiding me through the process for correcting and notifying Capital one. If any company is looking for a great worker with no attitude this is your future employee. Hopefully his managers appreciate the way Anthony handles customers and can possibly learn something by observing him.

This cafe is top tier. The employees here are so nice! They complimented my outfit and even gave me a free upsize because it was my first time there. Not even speaking of the fact that for capital one users their coffee is half off!! And it's Peet's coffee! My favorite!! I can say I will be in there at least once a week. Love it. Keep it up!!

Amazing place. It is top-notch and has super staff. The iced coffees are great and super affordable.

Don’t know why this has a 3.9. This is literally the best cafe, they have meeting rooms, Productive vibe, always giving gifts.. great wifi, and the employees are so friendly. Only complaint is I wish they were open till 10pm! I’m sure sooo many people would stay and work there.
