Wow! Really dread going into some Tmobile locations, but I needed to get my mom a new phone 📱 A gal helped us at first, but then traded off with Curtis, and he helped us, then he told us about a watch ⌚ to go with the phone 📱 of course got it! Then Mari helped us get the phone 📲 activated and ready! I asked for additional help in breaking down my bill, and he was super helpful 🤩 The team at this location works VERY WELL together ❤ 👏 You never get that type of group help! Will be back when we need more help 😝 keep up the fantastic work‼ Thank you 😊

Mom & I want to thank Cedric & Cruz for going above & beyond helping us w/ our phones. My sister gave mom her phone & we had problems unlocking it & me to get a new phone for work & church. Cedric went out of the way to try & unlock my sister's phone. I gave mom my iPhone 7 plus & got me a new iPhone 15 plus. Cruz took the time setting up both phones. We both appreciate the time both Cedric & Cruz worked w/ us. I am very happy w/ my new phone!

This is my go to local T-mobile store. The people who work here are always busy but always super friendly and ready to help.

Damien at the good homes location was ready to go to answer my questions. I came in unsure about switching to an iPhone and the way he explained the info made it easier to understand. He's definitely proved his mobile expertise! The manager, Ana?was knowledgeable and ready to help as well.

I hope I'm getting his name right. Thank you Mari for all your help. My friend and I searched high and low for the Google Pixel Pro and finally found them. Not only did he have our phones but he was able to put insurance on both phones (something my last 2 customer service associates couldn't do). Wonderful customer service! I'm coming here for all my needs. I live 15miles from here and will definitely be back.

These people were nice. It's a corporate store and I feel generally corporate stores have less customer service. But not here. Very helpful and personable. I was even listening to them helping an older lady and they were very patient with her

OK so we've been a few t-mobile stores but this one ranks at the top now. It's Saturday it's slammed busy but we got to a rep quickly regardless.

The rep Jennifer was quality I'm not just being nice I'm hard to please and she was super quick and informative of any lthubg we threw at her. We opened a new line onto our package. Asked insurance questions. Technical phone questions. Billing. Honestly there was nothing she didn't know or able to sort for us. The final piece of awesome was we got a phone for a family member who couldn't be at the store. But she gave us her number to call her later and activate the phone. Which she did remotely and again assisted with more questions on data transfer.

Also to note the rest of the team we interacted with where also great, upbeat friendly and interactive.

This store clearly has a great team dynamic and we will be using them again despite living in winter haven! Which by the way the store there to be blunt. Sucks.

Both Jose and Katay at the two Tmobile locations on west colonial drive were so helpful.
They went above and beyond by calling around to find a phone in stock, at other locations, that we were seeking to buy. As well as the time spent to try to troubleshooting our issues. They effectively and efficiently resolved our issues, and got us on our way with new phone in hand. So thankful we ended up here. And for now on, we will honestly be commuting the 45 minutes to either store on west colonial for all our future cell phone needs.

Switched our Sprint account to T-Mobile. Service here is top notch. From Jennifer to Josh to Michael, Manny, and Jose.

Was not fond when I had to deal with Sprint Customer Care one last time but we got through it.

Upgraded phones, migrated lines, change orlf responsibility and a new watch. Got it all done and as expected. We recommend them to anyone looking for a great mobile phone company.

UPDATE (8/29/21):
Irwin, Mari, and Joshua were are so helpful bringing our old Sprint numbers over from Xfinity which never should have done in the first place. If I could give 10 stars I would. Don't go anywhere else. Been a customer at Sprint and T-Mobile for a cumulative time of over 9 years. I always regret other carriers. T-Mobile does it right. Going to be buried with this phone number if I have my way!

This was probably the best T-Mobile store I've been in. Very clean and organized. Our rep was very nice and explained the whole trade-in and upgrade stuff very well. We were not forced into any different services or accessories! Great experience.

Unbelievably good service, they helped me upgrade my phone and transferring all my photos. They all know what they are doing. Highly recommended! Amazing service! Shomari specifically was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

I have had to use this store twice now. Both times my experience was great. Jose, Katay and Clarence were fantastic. I highly recommend them.

I was having a terrible day and needed a new temporary phone, money was tight and although the options available were doable they weren't exactly what I wanted or had in mind to pay at that moment. Steve could sense that I was having some troubles and he showed me sincere personal interests and found me a really great deal at an affordable price. I was truly greatful that he was there, ready and able to help. So, because of Steve's help I was able to get a new sweet deal 2 months prepaid and a new phone for free! Thank you Steve! Keep up the good work and Livestrong!

Great customer service! In and out within 30 min with a new iPhone Pro Max. I know how much my bill will increase after adding the new device; no hidden charges.

Had the greatest experience with Darwin today. He was extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable. My cousin's phone went black before starting her 6 hour drive home. She was in a panic. He recovered her accounts because, she of course, couldn't remember her passwords. He got her on the way with all of her contacts and apps in place. Thank you Darwin for treating us like humans and not just a sale. We need more people like you in this industry.

Clarence is an excellent example for customer service. I hope T-Mobile knows they have an excellent employee. The rest of the staff were very friendly and engaging.
