CVS Pharmacy

Always a long line for pick ups... makes online paying pointless.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Had me wait 30min for a vaccine, to tell me because I don't check a correct box when I did the online I couldn't get one. While waiting I saw a man looking for Covid test kits. Pharmacy said he had to pay because they were out of the ones covered by insurance. The poor man explained he didn't have the money to pay for one. Left and 5min later a person comes out with two boxes of them. This is a horribly understaffed and inept CVS.

They keep sending the wrong prescription over and over. Each time I call them and they say they are fixing it and then send the wrong medication again. In addition, they have an autodialer that calls me ten times a day every single day, starting at 8am to tell me I can refill prescriptions with them. It’s not like they messed up making someone’s burger or something. People need the correct medications to live.

Very poor drink selection, complicated self serve registers, only one checkstand open for a store full of customers.
