There are so many great things I can say about this T-Mobile first the owner she’s wonderful and she’s very compassionate and she helps you find the best phone for you second she knew that I was having a bad day and she made it better putting a smile on my face She makes what customer service is all about and should be about friendliness, you feel like like family when you’re in there because she makes everybody feel important and she helps everybody’s needs. I've been going here for almost 7 years.. the same girls have worked There for years, are pleasant good hearted people w/such excellent customer service, that I would never go anywhere else.... I’m so happy I went to this location I’m Verizon coustmer the only switch my SIM card and they didn’t transfer nothing and I had a lot pic of my mom and family they couldn’t transfer I went to this location and sally helped me and transfer all my stuff and didn’t even charge me best experience I had at any cell phone store thanks again
