T-Mobile

I had a T-Mobile internet line only and was told I could return my device in store when I cancelled. I was met with the most generous employees who went above and beyond for me and restored my belief in what customer service should be all about. Not only did she give me confirmation that my device was returned in their system, she also checked on a balance I was told would be remedied within 72 hours (it'd been over 72 hours) by calling customer care and speaking with them on my behalf to get my balance to zero. . I had tried canceling my account a month prior and was told to keep the line active for a rebate card that was owed to me for opening the line 5 months prior, luckily everything was noted in my account and was able to get to a zero balance. It's not I often that you get met with exceptional customer service for a non cellular customer and one ending their relationship with their internet provider. I will consider using them if I am ever in need of a new cell phone carrier based on the customer service I received today.

Isaac was so helpful in getting my new phone set up. He went above and beyond in spending time, answering questions, and helping me out. It took a really long time for the new phone to set up but he helped me out the entire time. Great experience!

Not going to mention as much as I'd like to since I want to help them by keeping *your* expectations in line, but they are easily deserving of my rating imo and have been nothing less than great about helping me virtually every single time I've been there over the past year or so 😁😎👍

Will note that there is sometimes a bit of a wait (a very reasonable 5-30min ime) at this location as they thoroughly provide the level of service that I've enjoyed from them to other customers, though I attribute that almost entirely to their relatively small size compared to other stores (literally not enough physical space for any additional employees to be effective, if you wanna think of it that way). It's never been enough to bother me since I tend to just prance around "playing" with their display devices while waiting (they're often exceptionally good at noting who arrives after me), but I assume it'd be noteworthy to someone willing to drive to a bigger store nearby if that person already knows themselves and/or their situation to be any kind of impatient ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Very nice helpful people and no judgement! They cleaned my fiances filthy phone when they changed the screen protector haha really go out of their way to do nice things

This is the best location in Woodinville and it is corporate owned. Service is great, friendly staff, and always helpful. Its is a smaller store and their inventory can be low at times but we'll worth the wait. Ask for Eric super friendly and easy going.

I came in to exchange my phone for a new Iphone which went great and I’m super happy with my new phone. I wanted to leave a review and emphasize how great the customer service was. Yes the wait took a while but the store was very busy, it was completely understandable. I didn’t catch his name, but I believe he was the manager who I saw dealing with difficult customers. I was so impressed with how well he handled them and how patient and kind he was. All of the employees showed awesome customer service, especially Austin. He helped with my phone and was very nice, patient and thorough throughout my entire visit. Thank you!

Upgraded my iPhone here and Marco was ON IT. Great service and friendly. Bothell is my normal location but I might drive the extra 10 minutes in the future for the quality of service. Marco deserves a raise 👌

Both times I came into this t-mobile location, Bailey K was extremely helpful. Today he was by himself helping all the customers who came in and he handled that stress calmly and effectively. I was very impressed at how he could keep his calm during that! I am a sprint customer and so he had to call quite a few different lines to get my questions figured out, but he did it and he did it with patience. I hope Bailey’s excellent customer service will be recognized, he truly deserves it! I think it is also worth noting that the other customers in there were also leaving happy, helped, and impressed even though Bailey was the only staff member!

Juan was so nice, patient & really helpful. I came in needing a bunch of different things changed lol and he took his time with me, made it all happen and with ease. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. I’ll definitely be coming here as my go-to store whenever I need something. Thank you guys!

I always have wonderful experiences at the T-Mobile store in Woodinville! Last year, I went in to buy a case and asked if the rubber case was made out of latex because of my allergy. One of the employees went above and beyond by calling the distributor to ask what the case was made of! Fast forward a year to today when I went in to sign up for a new plan. Erik and Adam were absolutely wonderful in answering my questions and helping me set up my new phone! I never felt any pressure to buy a certain plan or phone because they wanted to make a sale. They really seemed to care about their customers!

Katherine's service reminded me of how it used to be when you got good customer service from someone who really listened. I recommend her for sure! She is at the Millcreek location.

I love T-Mobile Woodinville, especially Morgan. She patiently went above and beyond to help me.

A little history. I hadn't purchased a new phone since I picked up my Note3. It finally quit working all together. I was gifted an S6 by a friend which ended up having it's own problems (may have been because it had to be unlocked and was serviced by a different provider). Morgan helped me switch over the account initially and then when the phone started having problems, diligently tried to fix it for me.

Luckily, I was able to upgrade the phone which saved me $200 so I bought the S10e on the spot. Morgan then did all the data transferring, etc., for me with a fun, happy attitude. Talk about great customer service!

Kudos to T-Mobile Woodinville for hiring Morgan - she is truly exceptional!

Amanda was very helpful even though it was a complicated process to walk us through the options of transitioning from a business plan on Sprint and upgrading various phones. She was very knowledgable and took the time to discuss the many options and benefits for each plan. She was patient with us despite a lot of questions and guided us to the best solution for our particular situation.

I transferred my account from Sprint to T Mobile after 7 years. Stephanie Matyasi( Retail Training Store Manager) and Bryan Hutson helped me. They both are knowledgeable, professional with a pleasant attitude.
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit there. Will definitely spread the great experience among all my friends. By the way, the store is nice and clean.

Very helpful team of people. They had a lot of patience in helping my mother get her phone set up. You just don't find this kind of customer service anymore. They even ensured her previous cell account was cancelled. Above and beyond helpful!

My husband and I came in upon opening for the day and Kevin and his manager both greeted us. Kevin assisted in helping us in adding 2 new family members to our plan. The service and team assisting were fantastic!
