Exceptional. Service here is friendly, speedy, and professional. On October 30th, 2023, this business moved from their old space in White City Plaza to a new location that is located right on Route 9. This location is much more convenient and is a fantastic upgrade.

Great location. The manager is a jack of all trades and has helped me so far with notary, packing, shipping, printing and scanning on multiple occasions. The staff are also very friendly and professional.

I have been there today. They moved across the street from old location. New store Looks pretty good and BIG, also employees are super friendly. Would definetly recommend a visit.

I had to get a few documents notarized so I stopped by. Gurdeep (I apologize if spelling is incorrect) helped me. He was so helpful and explained everything well. He was patient and did not upsell me. I highly recommend seeing him for your notary and shipping needs.

Exceptionally fast and friendly service. Zed was especially helpful, and weighed my package and was able to give me a quote in seconds. Simple, quick, and easy. Zed even helped me solve a problem with my Amazon return. I will absolutely tell friends and family about this wonderful UPS location.

Don't remember the guys name, but tall dark hair guy remembered my box number after one pickup which I appreciate a lot! Everyone at the store is really friendly as well. Have no complaints!

I was in MA for the holidays, mailed a gift home that wouldn't fit in my luggage. Went to this UPS Store mailed it and when I got home I realized the package was stolen from my front door (it beat me home!) The owner of this store has gone above and beyond to help me with my claim that I struggled with. I am getting a refund for my lost gift, which isn't the same as having it, but now I'll be able to replace it. I'm so grateful for everything he did, would definitely recommend this store!

I went to this UPS store to send out 15 different packages, and despite their internet connection being unreliable that day, the employees were incredibly kind and willing to help not only me, but everybody else in the store as best they could. The man who helped me with my packages, Ahmed, was incredibly kind and helpful. I suffer from frequent migraines, and he could tell I was not feeling well and even rushed to the back to grab a water bottle for me. The two women who were working that day were also so helpful and nice to all of the customers. I had a wonderful experience as a customer of this store and want to say thank you to all the employees. Fantastic customer service at this store.
