One of my favorite yoga studio. Excellent instructors, located in the heart of downtown. Classes are only $5. I love the Candlelight Yoga Tuesday and Thursday nights. So relaxing! Restorative yoga Friday nights is also very low key, soothing and beginner friendly.

Stopped in while staying at the Hyatt and couldn't believe how warm and welcoming the studio was. The class was TRULY all levels and the mat rental was free. Even though I don't live in ABQ or practice yoga there I felt completely at home and would definitely practice here again the next time I'm in town. Thank you for a wonderful hour of peace.

This is such an amazing yoga studio! Best I’ve ever been to in abq :) The instructors seem to have so much knowledge and wisdom that comes from India.. (also the sessions feel really intuitive and are not superficial or over Americanized like a lot of hot yoga studios can be)

You can’t ask for more for only 5 bucks

Sani does a great service to our community by offering incredibly high-quality yoga instruction at an affordable price. Every instructor has brought something new to my practice. Can't recommend them enough!

restorative yoga is really great, it's a really easy going for beginners or experienced people. for the 5.00 a class you can't beat. they supply all the Matt's and supplies you will need. just bring a water and yourself. awesome

Welcoming, wonderful studio. I've only taken Patricia's classes on Sunday, but I learn something new every time. To me it is the best yoga studio in town!

The class was great, for all levels, and the instruction was very helpful. Designated parking area and the studio reimburses for parking when you bring your paid ticket. Mats, blocks, straps, and blankets available, it was a lovely space. Also, does not hurt that this is the cheapest and most accessible class I've been to in awhile. Thank you!

I love Sani Yoga Studio the instructors there are really knowledgeable you really feel your work out and a sense of peace 🧘🏽‍♀ I always leave feeling like I’m walking on a cloud definitely recommend!!
