Pho Ava Vietnamese Restaurant

I ordered the banh mi/Vietnamese sandwich and shrimp spring rolls to go. My car smelled delicious, I wanted to eat it in the parking lot. The bread was very soft and chicken was very flavorful. All the flavors came together great. The spring rolls were yummy too with the peanut dipping sauce.

Great to find it open. This is first visit since the COVID-19 pandemic began and we’re so glad to be able to eat here again. We don’t visit Santa Fe often but when we do we like to have lunch. Pho Ava is one of our favorite places. The food and service have always been exemplary and today maintained that consistency.

Out to lunch coworkers who are also fellow Veterans. I would agree with my coworkers
the food is very good. The service is great too once they got to our table. However, had to wait with the menu at our table for about 10 minutes which seems long at lunch time.

I give this place 5 stars especially for honoring Military and Veterans with a discount and we all appreciate that fact.

Fresh incredible Vietnamese food in Santa Fe. This Bay Area kid never thought we’d find it. The service is excellent, the veggies and extras. Always so fresh and clean. The pho absolutely delicious.

Yes, this place is good!!! I’ve loved each choice every visit... Pork banh mi, tofu spring rolls, #13 pho, spicy lemongrass chicken, fresh limeade, and great Vietnamese coffee. Keep it up!!!

I thought the chicken pho was quite tasty. I plan on revisits to try something different every time. Service was great. I believe the only downside of pho is that the bowls don’t keep the soup hot.

Great service and the food is delicious! It is a family run business and they are super nice people! If you want authentic and exquisite Vietnamese food, this is the best one in New Mexico hands down!

I’m always so impressed every time I eat here! They have an extensive menu with a ton of protein options for any diet. The food is incredibly fresh, served quickly, and the staff are always super friendly and kind. They’re super efficient even at times when the restaurant is (understandably) full.

The pho is great as well as the staff. I want to try the vegetable pho next time. Mondays are the busiest. If you want to be seen and see.

It’s kinda overpriced, but the food is super delicious. Friendly staff and nice decoration. Combination Pho is my favorite during the time visiting Santa Fe.

I have been coming here for about 6 months. It’s been my go-to for delicious pho! I usually get there veggie pho which is some of the best I’ve had. Recently I stared coming here for lunch and have been absolutely blown away by there bahn mi! The chicken bahn mi is everything I want from a sandwich. Super flavorful chicken, fresh veggies, and fluffy warm bread! It’s also only $8 for a 12” sandwich, packed full!

Nestled in the most southern corner of the College Plaza shopping center off Cerrillos sits Pho Ava Vietnamese Restaurant. Having lived in Santa Fe nearly my whole life, I never considered the city to be too much Pho heaven. So you may understand if I was initially skeptical when I first drove past this place a few weeks ago and wasn't too eager to give it a chance.
Despite this, and for whatever reason, I caved in to my curiosity and ventured into Ava's several days ago. The day was cold anyway, so it seemed appropriate.
Ava's features many essential Pho and Vietnamese classics. Beef, chicken, and vegetarian dishes are all offered and are enough to adequately satisfy any pho goer. As for myself, I choose the #21 egg noodle and wonton soup.
Overall, my bowl of pho was pretty darn good. The broth was flavorful, the wontons delicious, and the noodles generous in portion. In all, making for a pretty filling bowl of pho.
In addition, the restaurant was clean and the service was ample. Making my first visit to Ava's an overall good one. I definitely look forward to returning soon.

We were a little surprised how much the dishes were priced but once the servings came out we were pleased at how big they were. Ingredients were very fresh as well. Was craving Vietnamese and this place delivered.

Hands down best Vietnamese soup in town.
So fresh and clean every time I come.

I get the rare steak and brisket pho add meatball and extra steak.

I am so satisfied every time I come and the staff is so nice and welcoming.

You can tell they take pride in taking good care of you and keeping the space clean and inviting.

Food is always out quick and precise.

Quality is consistent and I have been coming here since 2019.

I highly recommend this restaurant they really provide a high quality experience for a good price. Give them a try!
