Not a pleasant shopping experience when you first pull up you have to engage with panhandlers before you get into the door covid masks are not mandatory some people wear them most don't don't go there at any time after 9:00 p.m. for there's nothing but illegal contraband, gas pumps including air pump doesn't work, have to pay inside whether you have a credit card or not, staff is very unfriendly. There are other quick stop in vicinity and recommend to go elsewhere and also they're not open 24 hours they're only open from 7:00 a. m to 11.00 and no public restroom not wheelchair accessible as indicated.2 Star

Good service but hate the fact you can't use the restroom when it's a convenience store. For people traveling need to use the restroom.

Wouldn't let us use the bathroom after gassing up because they didn't want to clean it. They said it was a policy not to let people use the restroom at night.

On Oct 19, 2021 we purchased gas from this store. The pump is overcharging customers by 30 cents per gallon. Employees were extremely rude and were denying was an issue. Allsups corporate offices contacted and they have not returned calls. Do the math yourself from what you see on the pump in the picture.

I went at 6:05 this morning and door was locked. So I called to see if they were open and the woman informed me they would need AT LEAST a half hour to change the shift before unlocking the door.
I’ve had a lot of jobs, but I’ve never seen a shift change take more than five minutes. Sounds like they want to be paid to stand around and talk for an hour because that’s what the three women were doing.

"open 24 hours" but really employees just stand behind counter with store locked and closed at 11:45pm. No hours posted on doors. 3 employees still in there and store is not open? Just close the chain honestly they all are like this.

The customer service agent was rude would not give her name several attempts to get her name. She called the manager and refused the customer to talk to the manager. I watched the whole thing. The lady in question saw the lady's granddaughter run from the store the little girl has autism I talked with her. She called the police and asked the officer from one of the Mastariate Court and she kept hanging up. And leaving a business phone off the hook. We checked her card where she redeemed her sodas and then she made the customer pay for it and the customer was told to leave by the customer service agent that management told her to leave management has to be in the store to see exactly what happened. Now I believe that customer is going to talk to your manager district

5 employees all behind the counter talking about their weekend experiences. Very rude when customers asked a question or for help.

Bathrooms out of order, trash receptacles overflowing on the ground, no water or cleaner for car windshields available outside. No coffee and attendant didn’t want to bother to make any. A absolutely terrible place to do business with. Avoid at all costs.

The clerk wasn't very friendly when taking my payment for gas. He didn't even offer me a receipt. He didn't say one word to me just pointing hand gestures to insert my card for payment. He was to preoccupied with his coworker talking about his car he was more interested in his coworker's conversation about his car accident.

I went in @10:05pm to buy a Coke from the Fountain machine when I saw two maggots underneath the ice catcher and I let the lady know at the front register that they had maggots and there was people there and she got all upset because I let her know and she said that they had clean the machine last night and she was forcing me to leave the store after telling her about it saying she was telling ok bye you have to leave now! While I was putting my money away. So letting management know.

Not actually open 24 hours yet there are employees in there with the door locked every night. I reached out to corporate, and it went no where. Pretty much every location in Santa Fe does this.

Manager is very rude, well at least that’s how she appears to be. She is older white female with salt and pepper hair. She refused to help me manually enter in my new ebt card and also seemed to have Condescending attitude. Will be reporting this to corporate.
