Homewood Suites by Hilton Santa Fe-North

This was a newer Homewood Suites, which are always a decent deal, but the people at this location were exceptionally good at taking care of everyone. I wish it was a little closer to downtown Santa Fe, but that’s the only complaint I could begin to have. Definitely staying there again on the next New Mexico trip.

Homewood Suites is one of my go-to brands for travel. This location gave me exactly what I was looking to find: Comfortable suite, great bed, plenty of water pressure, clean, and not so busy with traveler's as to have a ton of noise. I received a call on the day of check-in advising the elevators were out. I was able to secure a room on the ground floor so I didn't have to use stairs. My room was great. Breakfast was good all three mornings I was there. Internet worked great. I bring a Roku with me and connected easily, and I have no buffering issues. Would definitely stay again for these exact reasons!

This hotel was very clean and smells great. They also had sanitizer available for guests. The breakfast was great and the spread every morning was very delicious. It's nice that the hotel is walking distance to the casino. The location is great for those who want to gamble. Also the free water bottles and beverages are really good for the guest. I was happy that they had a full kitchen with refrigerator and microwave available. I will definitely come back here.

Wow! Thank you Lisa and Tammy for your amazing personal attention. My wife has asthma and we have a small dog with us. You guys made sure we had a fragrance free room on the first floor close to the side door for easy access. When I had to change my reservation you guys made sure everything was still just right and the same for us. Our stay was perfect. The room was exactly as we were told. You guys and your hotel are Awesome! Thank you.

The cleaning crew missed cleaning my room once but that happens. And it does not diminish the level of service provided at this Homewood Suites, especially that of the manager, Lisa. The cleaning is also done very well when I requested it during my long stay. The breakfast menu hasn't been the exact same for the past 10 days. I enjoyed my stay and thank you for taking care of me.

Room was spacious and well appointed. Very dark at night so bring your own night lite. Marcus at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The shuttle to Buffalo Thunder Casino was nice and the driver, Jesus did everything with a smile. The breakfast was a well stocked complete buffet. The area was clean and bright.

We went on a trip to Santa Fe with our 5 kids (ages 9 months, 4, 8, 11, 12) for 7 nights of a 11 night road trip.This hotel was absolutely great for us. The rooms were spacious and very clean, I am extremely picky about clean hotels and this one was great . Beds were extremely comfortable, rooms were spacious. Having the 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom suite was perfect for our family of 7. The location was perfect for us, we took many day trips to different locations like Bandelier, taos, ghost ranch . Driving into Santa Fe wasn't a problem from here at all. The location felt very safe . The staff was so amazing, the weekday breakfast crew was absolutely amazing, all very nice people working in all areas of the hotel , the front desk staff even gave my two younger kids books as a gift. Breakfast was always very good too. I would recommend this hotel to larger families for sure.
A few tips are to request being in the main building because the casitas do not have elevators. Also do know this is a pet friendly hotel and no matter how clean a place is you still will have some evidence of pets because pet hair is impossible to get rid of completely. Also there are no reciprocal benefits with the hotel and casino that are on the same property. (Wasn't a big deal or anything but I think some people think there are)

I travel a lot and I have never experienced a hotel that has such an amazingly friendly, helpful, happy staff! Every aspect was top notch. Breakfast was fresh and well prepared. Rooms and common areas clean, but it was the people who made it such a great experience! I would definitely recommend and will be back soon!

The breakfast and dinner included in the price was a great treat fory business stay. It saved the hassle of finding places to eat. There's also additional restaurants in the lower casino area and the were all so good. Was here for business travel and the rooms had a big desk to work out of. A nice living room and kitchen area!!! Fully stocked. The AC and heater were very accommodating.

Beautiful hotel with distinctive southwest style. Wonderful trails to walk around. Spectacular view of Santa Fe. Super dog friendly. Love everything about our stay and hope to visit again.

This is a wonderful place to stay! Top notch Management and staff great customer service. It's very nice and clean and sanitized. Love the surrounding view and beauty. My room was very clean and comfortable and efficient. I especially enjoyed the full size refrigerator and the ability to cook in my room. I look forward to my next stay!

This hotel was a great place to stay for many reasons. The accommodations were lovely, clean and comfortable. The breakfast every morning and light fare dinner in evening M- W was amazing. The Butterfly hiking trail was a bonus which was located near the Hilton Casino property adjacent to Homewood Suites . The hiking trail has some hills but if you don’t mind that at 7000 ft it’s a great workout. We loved it all! An easy drive to other attractions in Santa Fe too. Thanks Homewood Suites. We’ll be back.

I have been so pleased with my stay here! I especially enjoy the hot breakfast bar, and the "happy hour" hot meals with a glass of wine, are perfect for before and after busy workdays.

I also like that you can make your own room service/ cleaning schedule. The casita rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It is the perfect space for working when away from "home."

Beautiful Santa Fe paradise. The location is amazing. Front desk staff and housekeeping are helpful, friendly, and amazing. The gym is also well equipped.

Very Nice location, even is not in town. Staff is very friendly. Room is big and clean. Great hot breakfast everyday. Free bottle water are provided. Full kitchen is useful and convenient for a family trip. definitely will choose to stay here if I will travel in the area again.

A beautiful place to stay. Rooms are clean and they don't stink

This place is doing everything right. The interior is bright, well lit, scrubbed clean and has the pleasant smell of white linen. Also, unlike Embassy Suites a few 100 yds away, this Management decided to not take advantage of Covid and skimp on services. There is a hot, well cooked breakfast laid out for guests with no long lines. Care has been taken that everything is antiseptic and clean.
And unlike Embassy Suites parking is free as opposed to a surprise $12 per day add on.

We loved this hotel! 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 6. Santa Fe is beautiful and this hotel is located on golf course, casino and water park grounds. Happy hour and free hot breakfast make this a great option if you are looking for a quality place to spend the night.

We chose a suite not connected to the main building that was two stories, massive like an apartment. Great views from the patio off the upstairs bedroom & massive awesome bathroom! The coffee was not good. My only complaint: They should update to a Keurig.

As far as I know, I am not related to the Hilton family, but they sure had me thinking for a while that I was.We were treated like one big family for our entire stay which was for several weeks...They even cooked breakfast and supper for us ( not just one of those boring motel 8 breakfasts). Both breakfast and supper were like home cooked meals. It was almost like my mom was doing the cooking. The room service was done perfectly each day and the maids were so nice. The maintance guys, the kitchen staff and the front desk staff treated us in such a way that we felt special the entire time. It was almost like they had my mom running the kitchen ... Now, do you wanna ask me how I really feel ?Thank you all for everything, James c.
