The only reason for five stars is due to the exceptional employees Ava and Jessica so thank them Walgreens? The overall experience is terrible. While picking up a prescription for my dog a pharmacy tech by the name of Ava went above and beyond to help me get a discount for expensive medication. When picking up the medication and tracking down the prescription another pharmacy tech by the name of Jessica was the only person that would help me she also went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. While my overall experience with this pharmacy is terrible these two employees are exceptional and probably the reason this place functions at all. If I was at Walgreens manager I would feel privileged to have Ava and Jessica working for me!!

The two Walgreens closest to me randomly closed at 3 and 5:30 today with no notice. I need a prescription for my sick baby, who needs the next dose now. I called this location and they are not only open, but transferred my prescription over without me having to deal with the fact that their doctor is now out of the office for the day. Good service!

I've always enjoyed shopping at Walgreens and this franchise store hasn't changed my sentiment. Reasonable prices, some of the best snacks to choose from (on sale) and a great selection of vitamins and minerals. Staff fluctuates, but is never offputting; I never feel unwelcome here...

Great customer service but your homeless people in the parking lot 24/7 is horrible and scary. They hang out ask for money and it's scary to walk in or out. What's going on that Walgreens cannot get security?do people have to get hurt in order to do something about this issue? Get on it Walgreens your liable for the safety in your stores and parking lot. Do something about it!!!

I was so happy when I started going to this location of Walgreens. The customer service was excellent and the pharmacist, Michael, had ordered my prescription it was there and ready. The line moved very quickly at the pharmacy opposed to other locations located in Santa Fe where it's terrible. But I decided on this day I would no longer go to any other location but the Cerrillos Road because it was so good.

This store is amazing and they have a helpful staff and always helping you find what you are looking for. I am so happy to meet Ramona she is a shift lead she is always working hard and always helpful know matter what she is doing. They started the prescription delivery to your house from the pharmacy and easy to transfer your prescription pharmacy.

What an amazing store! My sister stopped in today to find particular type of makeup but was unsure of what brand. Rosie, in the make up department, looked after her. She knew about each product, assisted my sister in finding the correct products. Not only did she find the perfect foundation, she also assisted in finding eye liner, lipstick, and nail products. The customer service was the best we've experienced in decades. Also, the manager assisted my sister in finding her Walgreens account/card. The employees at this store are so helpful. Definitely recommend this store!

We just stop by Walgreens Pharmacy Drive Up Window on Richards Ave, it is middle of the week and around 9 o'clock. The store was rather busy and they managed to serve each car quickly and still have a hard to fill script out in 15 minutes. Wow, Thanks Bryan for expediting the script and getting us out of there quickly since we are from out of town and needed to get the kids home and in bed.

Sometimes you'll encounter a pharm tech without a sense of humor or one who is having a bad day, but they are always professional and polite even if they don't want to chat.

Store and pharmacy are open 24-hours. Great deals in their weekly flyers. Redbox machine outside. Clean well-stocked store with friendly helpful staff. Be mindful of vagrants/aggressive-panhandlers late at night.

Michael the pharmacist here on Richards gives excellent customer service. Michael is very curteous, and knowledgeable on my medications. I've been a customer l9 years since I relocated from Albuquerque.

The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. This store has fair prices on a wide range of products. The drive thru pharmacy is great.

We received our 2 Covid boosters.
