Tony was great! He cleaned our carpets, rugs, and our upholstery. But he can also clean grout and tile flooring. When that time comes we will use him again, no doubt.

Tony was able to fit me into his schedule quickly. He was on time and professional and the price was extremely reasonable. He did a great job, my carpets look fantastic! I’ll definitely call Tony in the future.

I gave Tony a call in need of cleaning and they were able to come within 2 hours and clean my filthy white area rugs. I was contemplating on throwing one of the rugs away but Details Carpet Care saved it and brought it back to life! Great work. Nice and friendly craftsman! I would recommend!

My dog had diarrhea overnight in my child's bedroom on carpet that was only a couple years old! Fortunately Tony was able to come over that same afternoon to clean the carpet and it looked brand new! THEN, after he left and I paid the bill, I found an additional dog poo spot in my kid's closet! Tony came right back and got that spot too, with no additional cost. I didn't think there was any way the carpet would ever smell like normal, but it truly does. I was really impressed! I will definitely use Tony again for maintenance carpet cleaning! Excellent customer service! It doesn’t get any better! I had used details carpet care last summer with great results so when I awoke this morning to my little fur baby having an accident, I called them again.
I explained the situation to Tony and he went out of his way to rearrange his day and was at my house within 30 minutes of me calling him! He was quick courteous and efficient! Tony cleaned my office carpet before we re-open to the public. Overall, he did an excellent job but I was especially impressed that he was able to remove a stain that another company couldn't. He even cleaned my welcome mats -- a little extra that was unexpected. Highly recommend.

Toni came quickly on a Saturday when we woke to a mess on our carpets from a sick dog. Several stains were left on synthetic carpet and on an area rug. He was an expert in recognizing the area rug as valuable and guided us in the correct way to clean this rug. Thank you for taking our emergency call on a Saturday morning. I gave Details Carpet Care a try today. I normally call Stanley Steamer because I don't know much about cleaning carpets. I'll never call Stanley again. Stanley always tries to sell me something I don't need and charges too much. I've learned that carpet care is all about vacuuming 1-2 times a week and professional cleaning once per year or so, depending on your traffic and family. Tony does a great job and at a GREAT price. I wish I had called Tony years ago.
