Best dental experience I've had in a long time. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was great; you could tell that they all get along very well.

The hygienist was awesome. He not only had a great approachable personality but he explained everything he was doing and also provided oral health education.

The dental hygienist did a very thorough and good job cleaning my teeth. He offered tips to help my problem areas. He is very polite, respectful, and has a great personality. Dr Phipps examined my teeth and took a careful look at the x-rays. He took the time to explain and answered all of my questions. The office is very nice. All of the staff are extremely professional.

What a great dentist! We've had several dentists through the years (in CA) but we're so glad we found Dr. Andrew Phipps - the best of all. He is so knowledgeable, down-to-earth and very patient in explaining everything. We highly recommend him and promise you won't be disappointed. Kathy is great at the front desk too! Definitely 5 Stars!!

Doc is always amazing as well as his office staff!!! He isn’t your typical dentist telling you things you need that are not a necessity. He takes the wait and see approach and when the problem needs addressed, he will. A lot of dentists are like car salesmen, he is not. Very fair and honest. Great chair side manner. Kathy at the front has returned and is amazing and friendly. Jo the dental assistant is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have had fillings and crowns done by him and his work speaks for itself. My crown from another dentist is terrible looking and the one he did is amazing and you can’t tell. We have been seeing him for almost 5 years if not longer. Give him a try and you won’t be disappointed!!!!

Dr. Andy is a wonderful dentist! He is very gentle and highly proficient. He even sang to me as he was numbing my mouth! His dental assistant Johana 'Jo' is so sweet and kind as well as professional. They both put forth extra effort to make sure you are comfortable. The front office staff is very helpful and professional also. So very grateful to have him as my dentist! I would recommend Phipps Family Dentistry..... Best dentist in Arkansas!!

Dr Phipps is a great Dr and always treats me the best. He and his team have taken care of me for years. If you want great dental care and no pain the Phipps team will do you well. I highly recommend Phipps Dental.

The whole staff was amazing. Dr. Phipps saved the day when I contacted his office about a tooth that needed treatment. The whole experience was positive and highly recommend the office to anyone needing a general dentist.

Dr. Phipps and his associates are always kind and supportive. I have a bad dental history and am always nervous. No judgement from this team. They're always happy to explain anything I have questions about. Plus, the music is a nice touch. Happy to have found my dental family.

Very pleasant atmosphere, and staff. Dr. Phipps was very informative and took time to explain in understandable terms the problem, how to treat, and how to prevent further irritation. I had been told previously by another dentist that I needed a root canal and crown, and had even considered going forward with that procedure but didn't feel right about it, nor did I have the funds to do so. I am so glad that months later the same problem with a tooth next to the one I had issues with previously started to give me trouble. I looked up nearby dentist and Dr. Phipps came up with very good reviews so I decided to give him a try. As it turns out I basically need a mouth guard to stop grinding and clenching my teeth at night. Far cry from a root canal and crown. I will definitely be making Dr. Phipps my full-time dentist.

I've gone through a few dentists in the Bentonville/Rogers area and hands down, Phipps Family Dentistry is the best I've seen yet. He is kind, very knowledgeable, and has fixed things other dentists told me they couldn't get to because of space issues. His staff is prompt, kind, and knowledgeable as well. I don't have issues with scheduling, waiting in a lobby area for long periods of time after my scheduled appointment like you do at a lot of other places.
They really go above and beyond!

We just had our first visit and I was very impressed and pleased. With a background in dental care, I am very particular about who touches my family's teeth. I feel Dr. Andy is respectful, responsible and practical when it comes to teeth. He is not aggressive in treatment. I'm grateful we found him!

Friendly, professional staff. Dr. Phipps and his hygenist, Quinton, were thorough with their work and answered my questions very clearly for my understanding. The office is very clean and sanitized. Would highly recommend anyone needing dental care to visit here.

Absolutely love Dr. Phipps and his team! He takes care of my family with such ease and honestly is hilarious! My children had a fear of dentists from prior experiences and now love getting to go see Dr. Phipps! Highly recommend scheduling an appointment and finding out for yourself!

I cannot recommend this place enough. The dentist is professional, courteous, and skilled. Understanding as well. I didn't feel judged for the dental work that I needed, and Andy is the opposite of a sadist.

They have made the process of recovering from dental neglect a much more enjoyable journey than I ever conceived it could be. Miracle workers, the lot of them.

And considering I have no insurance they are extremely affordable. Anytime somebody complains about needing dental work I cannot recommend Andy and his team enough.

That and the hygienist is fantastic as well. She got my teeth feeling pretty squeaky clean.

Thank you Dr Andy and the wonderful loving staff. I tried a couple other clinics, but I feel so at home here. Y'all are very caring and friendly.....makes me feel like part of the family! I love you guys and appreciate the care. I trust you with my teeth 😂😂😂😂😂. Awesome 😎 group!

It was a great visit! Very patient with the kids, & a great, GENTLE environment. Was very flexible to our needs. Seen my whole family at one time, which was super convenient. And when it was mommy’s turn, The team was super supportive when it came to keeping my kids comfy and content. Doc Phipps was super kind and broke everything down that I needed to know for myself and the kiddos. Definitely a great place for me and the kids and we will continue to stay there for our needs.

Everyone working at this dentist office is extremely nice. Dr. Andy is always so friendly and helpful. He genuinely cares about his patients and wants what is best for them. The music is nice too.

I have been going to Phipps Dentistry to the last 3 years and I would highly recommend it! Dr Andy offered detailed explanation of what he was doing and why, which I find incredibly helpful! My teeth felt great afterwards and both him and Jo were professional, informative and kind!

For someone who has severe anxiety and fear of almost all things dental related, i cannot brag on Dr. Phipps enough!! The whole staff is beyond kind and compassionate, but Dr. Phipps really does take the time to make sure your as comfortable as possible from start to finish! The atmosphere is always upbeat and positive and chatty (which for me helps a ton because its a distraction 🤣) The overall experience and treatment you receive makes even the most unpleasant situations 100x better!!
