Eric is a great agent, he has great communication skills and was able to answer all our questions. Eric and his team are the best in NWA for buying or selling. He does exactly what he says he will do. This is often rare in my experience of over the last 20 plus years and buying/selling over 12 properties. He is well plugged in to current trends and does his homework. I have had the pleasure of working with Eric on two home purchases – one in July 2021 and the other in March 2022. Eric was originally referred to me by my daughter and her husband – they were living in Oregon and thinking about relocating to Arkansas in the Bentonville area. They were on line and ran across Eric’s videos on introductions to cities in Benton County and were impressed by the great info. Once I found out they were looking to relocate, I jumped at the opportunity to make a property purchase that my daughter and family could call home. I contacted Eric and let him know that I currently lived in California, that my daughter was relocating from Oregon and I was looking for a suitable property in a good neighborhood with the caveat that I would not be able to make a personal walkthrough and would need to count on his expertise in locating a suitable property. Eric sent along listings in my preferred area and the very first house was the house that I purchased. He did a video walk through for me and provided me with sufficient information to make an offer that was accepted (keeping in mind that during that time multiple offers were presented and luckily mine was accepted). The home sale was completed in less than 30 days and even my mortgage consultant was impressed with how quickly the property closed. Just after closing I flew from California to Rogers, AR and was more than pleased with the home, the location and the great job that Eric did on my behalf.

I was so impressed Arkansas and the area in my short visit after my Rogers home purchase that I decided to relocate here. Once again, I contacted Eric and let him know what I was looking for and advised that I would not be able to personally attend any showing and would need to count on a video walkthrough along with my daughter’s drive-by of any prospects. Due to the hot market, Eric did a walkthrough of 4 homes and I was out-offered all 4 times. Then the stars must have aligned as the perfect house was found in Springdale. Offer was accepted and closing set for 4/1. Mere days before closing, there was a tornado and according to news that I was watching from California, was within a few blocks of home that I was purchasing. I immediately called Eric and he made time to drive by the property and advise that thank goodness no damage. Even considering the final days before closing, sale was finalized within 28 days. Thanks again to Eric for his above and beyond assistance and superior customer service. I would not hesitate to enlist Eric’s assistance again with my next purchase!
