Jared Smith was our realtor and he was BY FAR the VERY BEST realtor we’ve ever worked with. Jared went way over and beyond anything we could have expected from a realtor. From sending videos (several) of houses we were interested in to returning every single text, e-mail and call promptly. Jared never pressured us and tried to show us everything we asked for. I could not have asked for a better person to help me get a home. James not only jumped on every moment i wanted to see a home, but everything beyond just looking at a home. From contacting owners, to filing paperwork, to just getting the ball rolling, it was done quickly out of my interest. I'm a first time home buyer and honestly had no idea what i was doing. So this may be normal for some folks but i was really grateful for all the explanations of how things worked and what I needed to do/get.
