I love coming here to get my hair done, whether I'm getting color or not. Everyone is always so incredibly nice, professional and all have such great skill. They truly work as a team, create a positive atmosphere as well. Lindsey and Hong have most recent done my hair, tho my son & husband have seen many of others too, and we are all always happy with them all, and the work they do. Thank you to you all, never want to go anywhere else!

Hong is our family's stylist. We love how she takes the needed time and attention for a great cut!

The staff were all very nice and helpful, and they were able to cater to my haircare needs rather than following the typical "shampoo and condition" routine, which can be super damaging to my hair if overdone. I look and feel incredible. Thank you. Gretchen! I will definitely come back to you!

I was having a me day and went shopping. While i was in pennys i thought i would see if i could stop in and get a haircut. I was able to get right in! Krystal was so friendly! She gave me a really relaxing shampoo and a great haircut! She also helped me find some really good products for my curly hair. I will definatly be coming back!

I just got my hair colored and trimmed. I love it. My stylist Krystal did a great job and was super friendly. I will definitely go back.

I've had a couple great experiences and a horrible one. Luckily the bad experience was just a hair cut, the girl didn't even try to style my hair during the blowout, it wasn't even dried all the way. I left looking worse than went I came in with a pony tail. Also felt so insecure leaving with my hair partially done. If I had plans right after this, I would have been very late, because I went straight home to make my hair look nice. If the gal would have spent half the time on my hair, that I paid to have cut and styled, as she did her own hair, I would have been happy and the $45 well spent. I will hesitate going back after this experience.

I hate to give a negative review, but I have never been through a situation like this. In my life Ive had haircuts and highlights for over 40 years and it has always taken about 1.5 to 2 hours. I asked for a haircut, blow out and my usual blonde highlights framing my face, and throughout my hair. 5 hours later I left with an ok haircut and blowout but no blonde highlights!? I paid $200 (I also bought product) for a so-so haircut and NOT the highlights that asked for, and my upper forehead is stained. Let’s just say I’m sorry I didn’t go to my usual place. I gave it a few days but no, not pleased with the hair or the very long experience that took up my whole Saturday

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Do not let Hongkham Christian touch your hair. I went in and asked for a haircut and some caramel highlights around my face. An hour later I had 90’s chunky yellow highlights on my dark brown hair. I was willing to work with that, but asked to tone it down so it wasn’t so zebra-like. An hour after that the whole top half of my head was yellow/ orange and the bottom was my brown color. I left without the haircut and was told by the stylist that it was my fault (not really sure how). I went to a salon down the street to fix her mistake. Go somewhere else and pay a few more dollars to not get your hair ruined.

Terrible, terrible customer service. Called to make an appointment and was yelled at by a gentleman that answered. He kept going on and on about several of the girls being at lunch and he was the only one there and there were 3 customers standing in front of him and he couldn’t help me. Not sure what the issue was. I just wanted to SCHEDULE a hair appointment not get one right then and there. Besides I wanted to make an appointment because the last time we walked in and there were several staff members standing around talking and no one would cut my daughter’s hair. When one of the stylists saw how irritated I was she was nice enough to do it. Bottom line they never have enough people working and their customer service and time management skills are beyond horrible. I will never go here again.

Called salon several times over a week never got a response. Online is showing salon is open. Went in store and salon has no signs posted saying not open or otherwise like other parts of jcp. Online states open but am standing curretly in front of store that is closed . No lights on. No employee in store. No one is here. It is unprofessional to not update your website in anyway or return phone calls. Or at least leave q sign if employees are going to leave.

Salon closing at 6pm today because they don't have a stylist -- calls and leaves a voicemail canceling appointment. Crazy that a business that is supposed to be open until 9pm thinks it's ok to close at 6pm. Customer service at its best?? I think not!!

Worst haircut and color I have ever had. It took the woman 4 hours for a short haircut and color. She was obviously a student without supervision.
