Gemma did two of my daughter's hair color. She did an absolutely wonderful job. They showed her what they wanted and as she was choosing the colors to use she was including them on it all. They both left beaming with joy and exclaiming "I LOVE my hair so much". Thank you, Gemma.

5 stars is not enough for my stylist, Katie Harms. She listened to me and was so understanding when I told her my hair is thick and will take much longer than normal. Im always so happy when I leave. She is a genuine rockstar with cuts and colors

Ulta is our go-to for almost all of our beauty products. The rewards program is awesome.

Honestly, hands down just the best experience I've ever had! I was brought to tears!!

A little back story:
I have always struggled with finding foundation that matches my skin. Something doesnt make my skin look too orange or too white or too patchy and that makes my skin look healthy and flawless. I've seen women that have managed to have this skin with a full face of make up around me everywhere. I've asked what products they use and tried the products they've stated to no avail. Testing out foundations after foundations, using powders, concealers, setting sprays, toners, primers, exfoliating my skin, using face masks....
I've spent countless hours watching YouTube videos, reading countless reviews and have yet to love my skin with or without make up after almost 10 years of trying.
I kept spending money on expensive name brand products and telling myself that my skin doesnt look "that bad" while I walk around with foundation that's managed to shift on my oily face, stick to the dry spots on my face or oxidize and turn a terrible orange color.
This afternoon, I went in after almost a year of staying away from the expensive products that always fail me anyways.. I was trying to find drug store brands that were "close enough".

Today:
I went in looking for the Tarte Amazonion clay foundation that I learned to deal with last year, not too excited to fall back on the same foundation I know I'm going to hate myself for using but is the best I've ever tried thus far. Completely convinced that it's just a cycle I will just always be stuck in.
I was approached by a young man who I found out is actually not an employee at Ulta... I hate myself for not asking for his name... but this young man took me and not only turned me onto a better product but was so completely honest as he applied the testers directly on my face to show me how the colors looked. Explaining to me how undertones affect the product. There was one that looked and blended amazingly on my neck but as soon as it was on my face... looked far too orange. He explained to me that I actually have more of a peach undertone. He didn't just explain it, he showed me the difference it made on my face! He put the foundation on and paired it with a tan powder ... I was scared to look at my face.. I've never applied testers to my whole face before. I looked in the mirror and I almost couldn't believe what I saw!
This amazing young man managed to achieve something that i, in my almost 10 years of experimenting have never managed to successfully do. I looked in the mirror and I finally had that flawless skin I've seen! The foundation matched me beautifully, wasnt heavy or cakey looking, even on my nose!!
I couldn't help but start crying tears of happiness! I am so thankful I finally had someone as honest and persistent as this young man was when he was helping me out. We tried multiple shades and he was so patient and man I can't emphasize enough how thankful I am for his honesty!!

(I've gone before and had the workers try some on my hand or on my neck and said that it looked great when we both knew deep down that it definitely didn't. No hate though, their personalities and own make up were always on point!)

I am attaching a photo of the products I purchased tonight, I wish I knew his name.. i would tell his boss to give this man some credit.. a raise... something! He knows what he's doing!! My life is changed forever and i am so eternally grateful!!

I could not get the right shade of foundation. After 3 returns I decided it was time for help. Will at the Rogers store was so great! He picked out the perfect shade in just a few minutes. A shade I would have never thought was for me. Just a super nice person who knows makeup !!!! Thank you so much !

If your in need of an amazing stylist who can also work magic in color.. Look no further than Kennadi Marler. She has given me one of the best color jobs I have ever had. More importantly has helped keep my hair healthy while doing so. She’s also a great teacher. She doesn’t gatekeep anything. She makes sure you understand the best ways to maintain your hair and how to get the end results you, want just be patient and enjoy the process. She’s also upfront and honest if she doesn’t think something will work or will be multiple sessions she will game plan with you so you can have the best hair for you. I love and appreciate that about her. She sets good realistic expectations. I would 10/10 recommend her. When / if my daughter decides she wants color she’s the only one I would trust to do it right and not fry it. So go give her a shot you won’t be sorry. ❤

Hope was amazing!! I am definitely one to need help when it comes to makeup. I approached hope multiple times through this trip and she didn’t hesitate once, nor get annoyed/frustrated. She was happy to help with question after question! Such a positive person!

I shopped here the first time not too long ago. The staff was incredibly helpful and was able to help me find everything that I was looking for based on what I needed. I found great shampoo and conditioner and some makeup that I love. I will definitely shop here for that stuff and more from now on based solely on how great the staff was.

The lady that help me find what I needed (Nicki) was very helpful and pleasant. Also the cashier she was a sweet little red head was a doll very sweet and pleasant. I Spent 119.00 for a Xmas present use my rewards and 20 percent coupon paid 7.00 cash in the end it was a great day at Ulta.

Dulce the cashier was so sweet & outgoing! I loved her personality. I didn’t get the guys name who was helping me match my foundation but he was amazing as well! This was my first experience at Ulta and most definitely will be back. :)

Everyone was really nice. Will was exceptionally helpful. Good prices and great selection.

Went back today , 27 May 2022. Will was there to help again. Really like the store. If you go, ask for Will! He will treat you like royalty!

The staff helped me and my friend on a mission to find a scent. Their dog sniffing noses actually found the one we were looking for. 10/10 customer service. Invited to wedding.

Joe the manager is amazing , The only Ulta I will shop at . He is helpful ,as well as kind. I live five miles from Fayetteville . But will drive twenty to the rogers location . Awesome service !

Shout out to Joe who helped Oliver pick out some classy choices today! Came in needing some help with a make-up curious young man, was gently shown some choices that made sense and most importantly look great! Way to represent that make-up is for everyone!

Shout out to Bettina(I hope I spelled it right)! I visited today and was unsure of what foundation to get for my hybrid skin and she gave me all of the details, listened to what I had tried in the past and was very educated when she showed me each of her recommendations! She even helped me find a good cleanser and remover so that I wouldn't have any makeup left behind! The foundation she recommended is amazing and matched my skin even though she couldn't test it on me because of COVID restrictions. Never had a bad experience at Ulta, 10/10 will go always 😁!

My daughter and I had a fun experience getting our faces made up by Kaylee and Amy. They were very sweet and professional. Thank you ladies for making my kiddos 18th birthday that much better.

I LOVE this place!! Makeup selection is amazing and they always have the hottest and newest products on the market! I spend way to much time and money here! The employees are always so helpful and nice. Used to get my brows done here until my eyebrow lady started her own business. The place is always clean and I love how you are able to sample the products. There is a full service hair salon there as well!! All ur beauty needs can be found here!

Last time I went there I didn’t get the best customer service but it was mostly because the makeup artist was obviously going through some tough times. I went in today to find another foundation that was more of a match and the artist nailed it the first thing she grabbed. I was asked if I needed help multiple times after looking a tad lost. Their hair prices are absolutely amazing and Ulta is always my forever home for beauty!

I'd never seen brand experts in the store before! There was a woman in there for It Cosmetics. I ended up with new foundation and mascara! I love them both! I'd tried 3 It foundations and took 1 back, 1 was sample size so I kept it, of course and one came in a subscription box. This one I do love, except it won't last long enough for the $$$ I've had it 10 days and its half gone!!! Not an Ulta issue! Also, the line was long at check out the immediately open a register. Got longer and the immediately opened another as soon as a girl came off break. They explained to us that the other girl was on break and should be off in about 2 minutes. We all understood that she was on break, and she'd be there when she was off. We appreciate it that the manager wasn't making her come off of her break. Too often people don't get to take a break in the service industry. When I was younger I was a restaurant manager. I used to joke that it took me 5 years to learn to eat hot food again LOL because I always had to leave my food sitting and go back to work and just eat it when I could!
